I attended an information workshop on Gestational Diabetes, the coaching was perfect and well organized the staff is very friendly and answers all questions, and the information is provided with mastery and precision.
The premises are clean, and even if the hospital is very big, we do not get lost there are information plates everywhere.

I have been driving my 85-year-old mother there regularly in ophthalmology since July 2019. The staff are super competent and warm. Thanks to the whole team. On the other hand, the employee responsible for opening the barrier on the emergency side is obnoxious and rude. He refuses to open the barrier on the pretext that we are a private vehicle. My mom can't walk from the parking lot to the ER entrance. Of course we were just putting it down. It was obvious that my husband was returning to park in the parking lot. This man is odious and inhuman. He has no place in the hospital. !!

I had a disability a few years ago, I was in the ORL department where I met two doctors, finally they passed degrees. I was very badly received, I was not listened to, they left me in the panade and above all they really took me for an idiot and a less than nothing, they were haughty and really incompetent . I think that when you do not know about an illness, it's a good idea to tell patients rather than talk about a psychogenic illness, it will save patients time (2 hours late for 10 minutes of consultation and to have moral lessons). When you are a teacher, you do not forget to question yourself and you do not denigrate others. I lost many years of my life because of incompetent people with an excessive ego like this professor Chevalier and his colleague. Fortunately for me, I was able to finally meet a COMPETENT speech therapist after 10 years of guilt, it changed me to meet a listener who takes to heart his work and his patients. I have been suffering from a chronic illness since the end of 2016. The internal medicine department refuses to take care of me.
Indeed, a professor asked me for a letter from my attending physician as well as a report from a hospital in Paris (and yes, they told me to go to Paris knowing that I live near Lille !!!!) to take care of me and hospitalize me.
Result: I waited 2 months after sending the requested documents and no news !!!!
I must have sent a dozen messages to get an answer telling me that they will do nothing.
In reality, they have absolutely nothing to do with it because, the results of the examinations with anomalies, this doctor had them well in hand at the consultation 2 months before.
And given the situation and their behavior, I did send the same reports back by e-mail to tell them that this is unacceptable.
Well you know what? A few days later, I received a letter from this doctor indicating that examinations must be redone, including new treatment.
And I'm still waiting.
I specify that I suffer from respiratory problems, very violent pains in private places, pain and inflammation of the head.
So I have to stay lying down all day and no one helps me.
I am on morphine.
I wanted to leave a trace of my situation because I live a real hell.
I think you have to wait until the symptoms get worse (because it gets worse) to be taken care of (too late).

Thanks to the CH of Laon .... they saved my daughter and avoid two orphans !!!! The CHRU is not up to its reputation. Thank you my god for sparing my daughter. I said that the staff was outdated Lille University Hospital and that patients were invited to return to their home. A Saturday night, maxillofacial trauma for me. I was very shocked and the nurses, doctors and surgeons were really cool with me. They are nice and patient. So to start I put 2 stars because my son who is now 18 years old was treated for a lung tumor at 12 years old and the pediatric unit (nurse, nursing assistant and doctors) were all excellent as well as the places. would never thank enough.
ON the other hand, my wife was received at the maternity emergency on January 1, there they detected pre-eclampsia. Blood pressure increase, protein in the urine (therefore edema, kidneys and liver affected as well as the lungs). So Cesarean section scheduled on Saturday 6 / 01.Finally it is pushed back by I do not know who and so as not to disturb I do not know who by Monday 8 / 01.Conclusion within 48 hours of total deterioration of its condition, the caesarean section does not go well at all. durale does not work but still take the time to open and start inserting the hands despite my wife's screams. I swear to you it's not a way of speaking, in prison they are better housed. they have more space, the TV and are even fed. really scandalous, I never thought I would see that and especially in Lille.
