I have been driving my 85-year-old mother there regularly in ophthalmology since July 2019. The staff are super competent and warm. Thanks to the whole team. On the other hand, the employee responsible for opening the barrier on the emergency side is obnoxious and rude. He refuses to open the barrier on the pretext that we are a private vehicle. My mom can't walk from the parking lot to the ER entrance. Of course we were just putting it down. It was obvious that my husband was returning to park in the parking lot. This man is odious and inhuman. He has no place in the hospital. !!
