pity that there are not more stars to give to ophthalmological emergencies so much for the competence, the support, and the kindness of all and all (doctors, para-medical and administrative staff). apart from the stress of the affection from which I suffer, I went there really relaxed and serene. again, thank you

My mother was followed for more than 3 years in this establishment for cancer Unfortunately she left us recently in your premises Followed by doctor dessaw, who knew how to manage my mother's situation and accompany her in difficult times ... thanks to this doctor my mom knew her 2 nd grandson I still want to thank him even if I already did it in person A big thank you doctor dessaw
Palliative care ... thank you to the caregivers, nurses and doctors that my mom knew very well Thanks to you she felt confident and only saw through your kindness and professionalism
Admitted to the chr of Lille. A top and professional team (nurse, caregiver, teacher and doctor) whether in shock, resuscitation or intensive care (cardiology) I only came across people who supported me and looked after me well. Thank you again miles.
Catastrophic. My stepson falls from a bicycle. After a few stitches in the chin, we let him go again despite 3 discomfort and the blow to the head due to the fall, an uninfected hand (stinks the next day, the neighborhood pharmacy was frightened), very badly. shoulder (no radio), no tetanus check, in short a real scandal.
I find it unacceptable that I cannot have a DVD at the PR Labalette ophthalmology service. Because of a secretary who is quickly overwhelmed. Mr Duquesne.
Arrived this morning at 7:00 am on an empty stomach in ambulatory urology surgery, the staff after my admission forgot me until 3:00 p.m. and then told me that they called the OR at 4:00 p.m. to find out if there is a place for me. pass before the block closes at 5 p.m. It is a shame especially after being looked down upon by the nurses of the Mazeman department (tenured civil servants and therefore I don't care about the patients). I left and I will turn to the private sector. Let s not forget that it is our taxes that make these centers work. The service rendered is to be reviewed, to put it mildly. Good luck to the next patients.
I wanted to thank HAD Hopidom who always was in trouble for my father very nice person and very soft which is very well looked after him until he left again a big thank you
Coming at 14h for low back pain and moving the hip .. I waited 8 hours in 1 corridor bed to deal with an internal abuse of his person who finally apologized to avpir poorly spoken to my companion who is a psychologist .. not even a cola from 14h to 1h .. as in the Middle Ages .. not taken in observation and re-emerged under morphine .. conclusion ankylosing spondylitis a polyarthritis and i go on .. Flee or die
Follow-up of our daughter since her birth with a transposition of the great vessels by Doctor J.B Baudelet ... We are infinitely grateful to him and his whole team for having SAVED her life! We return there regularly for the follow-up of his pathology and this, always with as much confidence !!! THANK YOU .

AND MY MOM IS HARD OF OUF THANK YOU ROGER SALENGRO THANK YOU VERY MUCH "but that the wheel turns" c all the harm that I wish you !!!!!
Arrival at 15h, supported around 19h for my dad with cancer who fell. He was parked for hours in a corridor full of stretchers, without any intimacy with people nearby who were coughing. Some people have nothing to do with emergencies, that is what is deplorable. Support nevertheless correct even if much too long. And especially useless to phone for news, we walk you, we hang up in the nose, or it does not pick up. A little rigor seems to impose itself!
4h for a blood test to miss. An arm with a huge blue though I am a used to taking blood and I do not easily mark. Staff not responsive who prefers to joke in the halls rather than welcome the 20 patients waiting for hours. Go to another emergency department because it is by far the worst I've ever known.
Super staff, brought to the emergency room after an AVP the nurses, doctors and stretcher bearers were all caring and really very kind. We wait a little for the different exams / radios but they do their best to make us feel good. The transition to the emergency room is always a difficult time, but they take the time to reassure and take care of their patient.
Congratulations to the team for my little girl arrived in emergency and we panic of what happened to us. She was well received and well cared for. And thank you to the doctor Baudoux who explained us well and who took good care of our little one.
12 weeks that my wife is "looked after" was screaming. 12 weeks that I hear every day "we wait, we don't understand, we don't know" .... lately "we have done worse than better". The doctors who no longer even dare to come into the room and send the internal fast to take the shots. If anything happens you will be held to account. No communication. Not to mention that you should not stress them too much on Friday.
Of course, I do not know all of this Hospital Center. However, a close relative was transferred to Cancerology or Surgery, I was so sorry and lost that I do not know myself anymore. A little put off at the moment by the appearance of the places (large and many patients) I can only congratulate this Center who has very well and quickly supported this parent. Nothing to complain about the follow-up and the very competent medical staff and respecting the dignity of the patient (this is unfortunately not always the case elsewhere, because it has made establishments and services, sometimes with a good experience anyway). The parking is of course problematic, but remains secondary for me given the quality of care. To recommend in my opinion. At least for this service.
Your emergencies Jeanne de Flandre and general are a disaster. I spent 18h yesterday at the emergency between Jeanne de Flandre and general for pains ... And it took 10h to give me something that would calm me ... 10h to have trouble ... I would not go into details here, but between incompetent gynecos and some arrogant emergency doctors we are not out of the hostel ... The proof 18h !!!!!!! Quite arrogant elsewhere to tell me that if he made emergency doctor is to treat heart ailments or accident victims of the road, so be careful if you go for something else and you fall into the hands of this doctor, he will not take your case seriously .... In short, the urgencies of the Lille hospital center ...
Hospital in half mast ... Lots of things to repair, cracked walls and floors, water infiltration, the pitiful exhaust hood (the one in the bedroom, by the way I took a photo ..) I don't tell you bacteria.
At first I was very skeptical during my first appointment at the pain center, until I was received by Doctor Beaucamp, very attentive very human and did not stop at prognoses previously given. I will soon see Professor Hatron, we will see if it will remain in the same dynamic.
Null. One of those places that puts administrative protocols before humans. The dermatology department never answers the phone. On the spot, nobody knows how to inform you. No way to talk to a doctor, just secretaries who don't have access to medical records. We summon you for nothing. And if you're unfortunate enough to ask a question, be prepared for some harsh and nasty answers. In short, a horror.
Tuesday October 16th I was operated on by Professor Zerbib returned in the morning evening out I thank all the team and all the nursing staff caregivers for their kindness and professionalism
Foreign students go your way! Do not be trapped by the administration of this hospital. -The internship letters are only sent one week before the start of your internship. -Learning agreement never signed -The administration changes your internship date without notifying you (here 2 weeks earlier). -And if you are unfortunate enough to go and see the manager in person, she will laugh at you and tell you that she does not have time to take care of your problems and get by. -Tens of phone calls to find out where the file is
Well done, you just lost a German doctor who planned to settle in France for a few years.
I would like to clarify that this opinion relates to the administration being supposed to take care of the foreign students and not the medical staff of the establishment.
GO FOR IT! I thought I had a simple keratitis badly treated in the emergency room in Roubaix (they don't have the equipment), it was worse. They kept me by force (and fortunately) because I was a difficult patient and suffering from mental disorders. I, who cannot stand hospitalizations, have supported but above all I am very grateful for the care that was given to me (several eye drops every hour to fight as well as possible while waiting for the results, frequent and thorough examinations, answers to questions, instructions for very clear home care ...). Honestly, a big thank you; from Doctors to NURSES, through nursing assistants and staff that we often tend to forget. Otherwise, hospi level, it was quiet, the food was good, there was a screen with even youtube access. It was around 2015 (it changes sometimes). Thank you to the team once again, it is mainly thanks to you that I was able to recover a lot of vision and escape the necrosis. The framing more than surprised me, thank you again.
My father has been hospitalized for a month in Huriez and we have to wait a week to see him suffer for his pain to be taken seriously! Not much effort to ensure his well-being to facilitate his recovery!
I have not yet had an appointment there because your telephone switchboard for making an appointment at the pediatric surgery department is poor its been 2 hours that I call to make an appointment for my son and of course its been 2 hours that all lines are busy.
Very bad experience in the emergency room of the CHR I will certainly never set foot there again. The most total incomprehension. I'm not even talking about the wait, we leave you in the hallway without even coming to see you for hours or a single drop of water with this heat . And in the end, after hours of waiting, the doctor tells you that you can go home .... and after coming back 24 hours later, we consult another hospital which immediately places us in intensive care. I let you imagine the anger we have towards this pseudonym doctor who examined. To flee
2 emergency hospitalizations for hydrocephalus related to dandy walker syndrome. 2 diametrically opposed supports. A first overall satisfactory treatment in the neurosurgery department B of the Roger Salengro hospital in May. The nursing staff have been brilliant with me both on a human and medical level. A second nightmarish care in July, abandoned screaming in pain in an emergency shelter the night after my operation. Staff of this inhuman and haughty service, the ash left me squarely in my dirt under the pretext that I was suffering and that she did not have time to deal with it. Then, taking charge in the "classic" neurosurgery department, the surgeon who operated on me Mr. leroy went on leave without leaving any information to his colleagues concerning the progress of the operation he had just carried out. Following my operation, I find myself with the neck stuck because of my nightmarish night in the emergency accommodation service and the operating position. What the neurosurgeons who carry out my post-operative follow-up answer me: "if you only have the neck stuck then it is an improvement compared to your arrival". Then 3 days to ask for explanations about my care and the consequences of this story, I get walked around as if what was happening to me did not concern me because I am not a doctor. I will therefore qualify this second passage as effective from a technical point of view, but disastrous from a human point of view. Gentlemen surgeons, if you are not interested in the human race and you are only there for the mechanics, change your profession! I am now apprehensive about having to be taken care of again in this service despite the establishment being recognized for the treatment of my pathology ...
