They brought mine and my sons plate out however the Service was terrible they forgot my husband's plate, they never even asked if we needed anything or were missing anything this is happening much too often I think I will stop eating chilis altogether

The wait staff was ok, but the food wasn't good. The salad was old and wilted and the queso was crusted over. The shrimp tacos were good, though.
My girlfriend and I are regulars here, we LOVE the Texas Cheese Fries appetizer, and always get sodas and split the Chicken and Waffles, they're amazing! Service is always friendly, never any problem with refills or anything. Love it!
Finally a different kind of restaurant that you feel like you got your money's worth and very high quality food and drinks the service is great too I highly recommend Chili's they also have great promotional discount offers that you can sign up for that are fun to participate with.
Was ok. Food on menus doesnt appear to be the same size.... Like the burgers.
I wanted to go to chili's so we had a steak and dam it was yummy delicious the way I wanted and can't wait to go back
Food and drinks were great as always. Second time this year we've gone in around 5pm, tables open all over the restaurant, and still waited 30 minutes to be seated. Poor management!

We've always had good luck with this Chili's location and, while we tend to do "to-go" orders online, both dining in and takeout have been good experiences with good food at a reasonable price.

Service was good, staff worked well thru the whole social distancing. The food took a little long to come out, but the manager made sure to let us know and was very help. Overall enjoyable Father's Day meal.
Chilis was ok. Average experience. It was crowded the 6 PM rush our server was nice. When I had to leave it took forever getting the bill. I just pushed pay now on the the game kiosk and I just left the money on the table. I had the cajun pasta- no cajun

Always come here for the Triple Dipper! I love the variety it has depending on what you're craving. The service is usually pretty quick and I love their rewards program.
Chili's is great, sign up for their rewards and get offers from time to time. Not to mention free chips and salsa or a free non-alcoholic beverage with every visit. It's inexpensive too!! You can get your free member reward and get their great $10 or $20 deals and feed two people for under $25. For sit down dining you can't really beat those prices. (Also you can download the app and pick-up food To-go and even check in so your table is ready when you arrive)
My daughter's ordered the chicken crisperss and were vomiting before they could make it 5 minutes away. I called to speak with the manager and you guessed it, they left me on hold. The server didn't didn't come back to see if they needed anything else. They were so mistreated that they didn't use their coupon. They ended up paying for a miserable time. I'm so glad they didn't bring anything back for me! It really should be less than one star but I couldn't find it.

I go here for lunch quite often. Every time i go the service is great even if the food is not up to standards they will accommodate you to keep you happy. Place is clean and food is good.
The lighting was dark where we were placed i couldnt even look at the menu, and the food tasted like frozen food
It took them 45 minutes to bring our food and when the waiter brought it it was served cold, in my opinion the place didn't look busy, I would not eat here again

Thier ribbets are ribs to big. Didn't like the bar-b-q sauce. Most of all its way to noisy.
Service was deplorable. We received our chili queso before our drinks (water and soda), AND the queso didn't even come with chips! We sat with a skillet of dip and nothing else. When we gave the server our meal order he claimed he can't ring in anything because the internet was down and walked away. We sat dumbfounded for 12 minutes until server finally came back only to tell us the internet was still down. When we asked why he can't just write down our order and take to kitchen the old fashion way, he scoffed and said, "That would leave room for error." We then asked how can we pay for our appetizers if the internet is down? He actually replied, "Don't be trying to mess up my sales." Huh?! I asked if I can at least get a refill of cherry coke during this long wait? 5 minutes later someone other than our server, dropped off a dark drink and left. 1 sip, it was ice tea! Yuck. We never saw our server again. After another 9 minute wait, we couldn't take anymore so we pulled up our bill from that no-interaction kiosk, paid, and left.

Good service. Ok food. Steak was surprisingly good. Other pasta dishes came out cold. We didn t want to wait (it was packed) so took most of it home to reheat.
Good food. Great prices. Hubby n I got the two for $25 dinner. My steak and his ribs both tasted excellent. The dinner included an appetizer and dessert...we both were stuffed. Happy Tummies! Easy and inexpensive to add a margarita as well. Our server gave first rate service even tho it was a busy Friday night. Thank you Chili's

Had a party of 13. People there were friendly but the service was subpar! Tried several times to get our hostess or someone to assist and got little response. We felt that we had to beg for refills and etc.

Lunch specials fill you up and are a good deal, I had the 1/2 Turkey sandwich with fries and a house salad. If service had been a little quicker would have given 5 stars for this visit.

Bland, hard, and boring burgers that do not taste very good. How hard is it to throw some seasoning on while cooking a burger? Famous Daves is significantly better overall and have absolutely amazing burgers. I will not be coming to Chili's again.
Beaumont chili's food tasted better, the chicken enchilada soup was too salty. And it was super crowded with crying kid's all over the place, but that's on the parents not the restaurant, overall I probably won't go back to the redlands one again.

Went in today, got the chicken crispers. They weren't crispy at all. They were soft, soggy, and drenched in oil. The corn on the cob was soggy and drenched in butter. Not impressed, and not going back.

Our server was awesome, but they cut our favorite food from the menu. Had a drink and the southwest egg rolls and went somewhere else for dinner, doubt we will ever go back after we heard that they will be cutting the menu in half again. So
Went and had a fabulous dinner with my husband. We brought home half of our meal because there is so much on the 2 for $21 deal. Our server, Sierra, was very attentive, so we never had to ask for refills. We definitely will make this a monthly or bi-monthly dinner.
Food was not that great and service was really slow. One of our party didn't get her order until the end of our meal. I do believe they ended up comping it, to be fair. But I wouldn't return to this location. Disappointed as that I really usually love them.
The food here was good but the service was a bit slow at first. Granted it was lunch time but the servers did get better towards the end. The drinks and food were what you can expect from a Chilis so I was happy!
