Clean, good friendly service and good taste good and great place

Super attentitive staff . Great food and beer was poured and served perfect. Asked if everything was okay food was well served and also very quick.

Really good service, fast to bring food out and very friendly.

Recently visited during lunch time on a Saturday. No wait time. Waitress was very friendly and made sure our cups were never empty. Wife and I got the 2 entrees and appetizer for $$22. Plenty of food. However, the food was pretty salty. I guess that's normal for Chili's now because I don't remember it being that way before.

Wish I could put zero stars! My menu came with food between the pages.... umm how is that possible??? Second, they took 40 min to bring appetizers. Ended up leaving before our food came out, which I doubt was even cooked yet.

The food just wasn't very good. The chicken was all batter, no meat, and three small pieces. The sausage was cold. Steak in the fajitas was way too rare and we were told that was standard. I don't think I'd go back there.

Usually they are pretty good. Last visit they got everything wrong.

Service was awful. Not nearly as bad as the rib eye. Half of it was fat and gristle. Potatoes were cold and my wife and I were served 12 minutes apart from each other si her meal was cold by the time I received mine

We went to Chili s and the service and food was excellent! Great come back after being closed for so long. We missed you!

Service was great. Staff was very friendly and my food was ready in a timely fashion. I havnt been here in years but will be coming here more often.

So the food and prices were good as always, and the hostess, and servers were polite for the most part. That said, here are some things I feel need to be addressed.

On the 2 for $25 meal, the chips and salsa should NEVER come out without the guacamole. Not only did they not come out together, but the guacamole took an additional 15 mins to finally get there. Not acceptable in my opinion.

Also when asked about a soda refill, I was asked by 2 servers. When the second one finally brought it, I filled her in on the fact that another girl had asked earlier as well so I was just giving this one the heads up as to not bring out 2 of them, to which she then rolled her eyes at me and said, "and you said yes to her?" very rudely. Again not a good way to address your customer.

Finally, I was put off once again when the server brought my check rather soon, and I still hadn't received my cookie and ice cream dessert. Thing is I dont think it's a good practice bringing the check until EVERYTHING has been served because it just feels like you're pushing us out quickly so you can resell the table more before closing. Even if that's the goal, don't let your customer feel that way. I pointed this out to the hostess that came by and nicely explained that to her, and instead of seeing my point, she made excuses that the cookie takes a long time to heat up. I tried to re-explain my point to her, yet she repeated the same excuse, when she could've simply said, "I see your point sir.... our apologies. How can we make this better for you?"

I can honestly say I wasn't rude to any of the workers there. I know they work hard and it's a busy place, but I just didnt get the sense they were paying attention to their customer. These are valid criticisms, and I hope the management team takes the time to pointing these scenarios out as most of this is just common sense.

Ashley was a great host and her smile was pleasant. The shrimp tacos were great.

We love Chili's! This time I took my oldest child because school let out early and she does great in school so we went for the 3 for $10. A drink, app, and dinner; or was it drink, dinner and dessert, either way it was delicious and cheap and nice way to show her I love how great she is. Our waitress was very informative and funny. Oh the have 5$ margarita of the month, but they also have more drink specials

Blackberry iced tea is YUM. The Paradise Pie is delicious too. And the fajitas are always good. Great waitstaff here as well.

Liked our waiter and I the food was great....but we got this girl that gave some attitude. She tried not to show it but we could feel and hear it.

Chili's was great. They really treated the veterans to some great meals.

Im sorry but everytime I've come, the waitresses are very slow getting the order and bringing it out. Other then that,love it

Just have to say Morgan (our server) is the best!!! We had a party of 19 and she handled our orders like a boss! Service was amazing and on point. Thank you Morgan for making our daughter graduation dinner a success! Will definitely come back!!!!

Chilis stands out because of their great service at this location.

I actually lowered my rating of the Redlands Chili's restaurant recently. Sadly, I have yet to have even an OK experience there. Food = gross! I know that other Chili's restaurants are not this bad, this restaurant, unfortunately - needs some serious help (and my expectations are not that high for chain restaurants, like this! ) ...but food needs to be at least edible! And the servers should know that scraping the very depths of the burnt chili pot and filling your bowl halfway with burnt chili "residue" is unacceptable (and charging you for it too).

The waiting was long , the waiter never came to check on our table after our meal was served . She would disappear for long periods .

The bartender was really good at her job. My soda never went empty. She was attentive to all her guests.

Clean and roomy, maybe they are understaffed because there is sometimes a wait for the dining area, but there were plenty of tables opened... also the bar is bigger than the other near by location, but the drinks could be stronger! ;)

The staff was nice, but the food came slowly and was not that good. We had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. It was a fried, breaded chicken breast whereas every other Chili's version is grilled. Yuck!

They seated people before us, when we were told two people ahead of us. I watched them seat people that walked up way after we did. We were told they would text us. After seeing other people being seated ,I had to walk up and ask if we were next. They brought us our food without silverware, napkins and condiments for our food. I had to ask for them.

We go here quite a bit. The service is usually pretty good. My wife loves the southwest egg rolls and enchilada soup.

I went here with my husband and it was great. Our waitress was a total sweetheart, food was delicious, service was fast. I loved it.

Most horrible experience at a chili's ever! Appetizers were brought after food, drinks sat at the bar for over 10 minutes until I got up and grabbed them myself, 2nd order of drinks didnt come, wrong food was brought out, server had an attitude and was mimicking what I was saying, bill had 4 charges for plates of food that were never ordered. The appetizers were brought out so late that they were cold. We couldn't get out of there fast enough!!!! Will NEVER eat there again!

Great food and the staff is always super polite, professional and fun! Lucy is simply the most awesome server there is!

I've been here a lot of times before, and everytime the food took long to come out and service wasn't too great. But today my girlfriend and I went for dinner and we had the best service we ever had at this or any restaurant. Thanks to our waiter Nate. Our food and drinks were great and was at our table super fast. Thanks alot Nate.

They have GREAT deals and the food is delicious. Service was a little slow, but their friendliness made up for it!

A great place to eat . And the workers are very cool . We go from Palm Desert ,Ca to Redlands ,Ca to eat there . Try it you'll love it .

It was a nice lunch . We sat in the bar and the bartender was great but sorely understaffed.

Horrible ... waited 46 minutes for food. Bartender was really nice good service from him. But other then that.. horrible experience. Food was COLD, DRY, and chewy steak. Manager was not helpful. We could see workers playing around in the kitchen. Manager didn t apologize was concerned about what he was missing out whatever was going on in the kitchen. Even the bartender was helping out on taking food orders from other booths. Never Ever coming back to this place.

Last time I went I had terrible service. Long waits, waitress ignored us. Part of the party left and there was a few left we left some to go boxes on the table with it being empty for a few minutes and it was thrown away immediately. With how slow service and response was we didn't think they'd be that quick to throw it all away. Super bummed about the experience especially with how much we spent that night.

Love Chili's, don't love this location. very slow service. I live in redlands but rather travel to San Bernardino where their service is wonderful.

Food is good i give 1 stars because service not good i went last night with my wife i told the clerk its my wife's birthday so i need a cake with little kandle and no body care NO cake NO kandle nothing

Service and food are great. Plenty of room in the dining area. One host in particular was awesome her name is Lauren, she's been very polite and attentive to our needs every time we've gone. Great food at great prices

Placed a pretty large to go order and the staff were very helpful in preparing it on time. Only issue was that one dish was left out of the bag accidentally, but I wasn't too far away and they provided a gift card for the trouble of coming back.
