We come here for sports games due to anyone going to this restaurant chain. Very friendly and they're making their menus have more varieties. There used to be a plenti program that would connect to your chili rewards but that officially has been removed so you won't be able to redeem plenti points here. But they have free chips and salsa everyday for rewards members and it's free to sign up

I had the steak with pico's de gallop & avacado,served withaspargus..DELICIOUS. OUR SERVER WAS THE BEST!

Terrible service bad food made for an unfun birthday dinner.

Crispers were small and skinny real small, loaded mashed potatoes bacon was all fat, and corn was cold. Very disappointed!

The bartender Gordon was at the bar and after the first drink he was gone for a long time and when my salad came there was no fork again no Gordon. My lunch came, empty drink asked for a fork finally get on. Don't want lunch to get cold so no salad. This isn't the first time but will probably be the last. I can get crappy service at Mc Donald's.

Well initially I was going to give them a 5 but, the server was not as attentive as she should have been. I originally ordered an Arnold Palmer and decided to get a Virgin Blueberry Pinapple Margarita. But they still brought me both drinks...then we are ready to go. We got the 2 for 25.00 and ordered everything at once including dessert. She tells us after we asked for to go containers that they didn't have what we ordered for dessert. Then they took like forever to bring the other option....Chilis this was not an A game day...... maybe next time.

Great food horrible service I'd rather go all the way to the one on hospitality.

The steak I ate was all nervy . Bad cut of meat. Greasy fried asparagus .

They need to better attention on listening to your name they wrote mine down wrong so I had to wait longer to get a new able. The waiter was awesome very polite, funny, and was there if we had anything to ask or know about the menu and food was delicious I order the Texas bbq Cambo brisket , half rack of ribs and fried chicken . I recommend coming and trying this place out

First time eating at this Chili's, don't regularly eat at Chili's restaurant, but we may make it in more often. Our server Thelma was great!! Very friendly and hospitable. The food was good and the Texas cheese fries were amazing!!! Over all our experience this visit was a GREAT one!!

Food is good , drinks at bar great, service really good.

Great place to eat and get out of the heat. We had lunch menu burger and fajitas... got and filling. The onions on both needs to cut smaller. But hot and flavorful. Waitress was very attentive. All staff from start to finish were poliet, made small talk, and had a smile. Everything was clean. Great choice today.
Try the mango & blackberry teas!

Worst visit ever on my way to work decided to order chili s to go and the food is horrible definitely not worth the $36 I spent the pasta wasn t cooked all the way the spinach quest dip was 90% spinach uncooked the chips were hard not fresh and the guacamole was the worst guacamole I ve ever had it taste like nothing but sour onions. I will never order here again.

Placed order To Go. Went to pick it up and was waiting at the Bar because the sign said See Bartender for To Go Orders. There was no one at the bar. Was waiting several minutes for someone to assist and it was like we were invisible or something. Not very good customer service at all. Then, the food sucked! It tasted like they made it in a microwave. Very disappointing.

Great place to get food with the family or even perfect for date night. Their margaritas are the best.

We wish we could eat inside, but the food we brought home to eat was excellent.

Not good..ordered the 3 item appetizer...blossom petals had more batter than onion...southwest egg rolls are mushy gooey filling with weird seasonings and fried pickles were good at first but got soggy. Buffalo chicken bites were soggy. Wouldn't recommend any of it. Other menu items good

Had to eat outside due to the pandemic but the service was excellent for food was good and we were 6 ft or more away from other patrons.

The food is great but the customer service is greatly lacking.

Slow service, the restaurant was messy and they brought us food before they brought our drinks and our silverware. Food is nothing to brag about.

I love the food here. It's a nice place to come and eat, early in the day. Later in the day you might have a small wait, which is not a major deal, but it can get pretty loud. It makes it a little tricky to have a conversation if you're not eating alone. Always a friendly staff, who get to know their customers.

I gave it 5 stars for the burger alone. Sooooo good. Everything I wanted and soooo much more. "The Boss" burger.

Yum yum yum. The food was good and she was attentive. I think I wish I ate only the bar specials because I spent a lot of money.

I wasn't certain what to expect when a friend suggested Chili's. But I was quite pleasantly surprised. The food was good, and the service really good. And they have deep fried dill pickle chips! You've got to try the fried pickles. Sounds crazy, but among the best I've had!

Clean, descent food and fast service. It was pretty loud in there though. Our whole group got the meal that came with the ribs, fries, salad and dessert. Great deal. The molten cake was delicious.

Chili's Management: train your servers to quickly serve guests as they come in. I waited for a while @ the front, looking around & all the servers were busy doing tasks at tables not paying attention to their peripheral vision/people coming in. I called at the closest server 3x (seemed to have ignored me) in the bar area, then had to approach her to ask for someone to take us to a table. We ended-up choosing a table without anyone's help. SMH. Food was good but the service can improve overall.

Food is good but service isn t great. Doesn t seem like they wanted to be there that day at work..

My girlfriend and I got bad service here. We came in, stood around waiting for anyone to greet us.. No one came.. I had to flag down a guy from the bar to seat us. He was helpful, and i appreciate his help but it wasn't his responsibility to seat us.

So after he seated us, we were met by our new waitress.. She took our order, brought back our big appetizer dish with no plates.. no silverware.. no napkins.. had to wait and ask for each item as we realized we didn't have them.

I don't think anybody spit in our food, nobody cursed us out, or anything like that. There's times you go to restaurants or places and you simply don't feel welcomed.. And that's how we felt coming here, like we weren't valued.

I've ate there twice and both times I've been sick not good

First we were waiting for a seat for awhile for party of 7. Than we had to ask if we could just sit in bar sure to it's almost being 830pm and needing to feed kids. 2nd no one came to our table until I mention something to Manager. 3rd everything we wanted to order drinks was not available. 4th food was cold and fajitas looked undercooked. Nope won't be going back. Sorry Chili's giving 1 start is being nice

Love the bar in here and good for a quick appetizer and drink.

Just did a curbside pick up for 745pm. We arrived at the chili's at 7:50. We waited an hr for our food and it's cold. I understand they are understaffed and it's a saturday night. But car after car came and left before we got any service. I suggest ordering your food an hour earlier bc that's how it takes to pick up.

Leaving a 4 star rating because they are normally good. This last time was a 1 star trip.
The hostess was beyond rude and made it clear she'd rather us leave than wait for a full sized booth.
The waitress and food were mediocre.

Poor waiting took too long for everything and food was burned so sad.

I am not sure what is going on at the Redlands store this used to be my favorite place now I hate it the people that work there act like they don't have common sense they left us standing for 15 minutes with four empty tables available and the service and food was not that great this is the one on Alabama

Wait time for dine in about 1 hr; take out available,staff accomodating.

It can get really busy in the bar area, so i would suggest not eating in that part of the restaurant if u want quick service. Really nice employees as well.

I had the 3 for $10 menu. Coffee, salad, and Margarita Chicken with black beans and broccoli. Can't beat it. I'm still so full!

Took my dad (who is older with health issues) out for father's day... they did a good job social distancing...felt pretty safe and lunch was good!!

The ribs I ordered that came (two different kinds) showed signs of being left out for long periods of time and some had a very bad taste that required them to be uneaten or spit out. I realize covid has affected availability of menu choice but damn, this was disgusting. I still travel weekly for work with the pandemic and this was a very bad experience with freshness. Will update if I get sick.

Lots of variety on the menu as long as you like chili and Spice. If you like a loud noisy Place full of life can't go wrong here.
