This place is under construction. What is the deal on the Red Nose Margarita featured? There always seems to be a story about not having the special cube that makes this drink 'special'. One wait staff told us one thing another one something else and third said they didn't know anything. Bathroom looked like something out of South of the Border - filthy! Gross! Eh not impressed.
My husband is a stroke survivor and his speech is a little garbled. Your restaurant is one of his favorite places to eat at. He says because the people who work there treat him normal. I love that. Thank you!
The remodel wasnt totally needed but welcomed all the same. We mostly always eat in the bar area. The servers are always kind and quick. Definitely a great spot
Our server was very friendly, and prompt. We had really great margaritas! It was happy hour ,after all. Our food was fresh and delicious. We also had an appetizer, chips and queso, That was the best. We really enjoyed our visit to this Redlands Chili's . The only bad thing I can say about our visit is,.......get bigger glasses for a Grande margarita
The service has fallen way off here. I won't spend my money at this location again. The last few visits have been full of problems. Servers not returning to tables for long periods of time, leaving drinks empty and us wondering where our food is. Getting a server to return to your table here is impossible. The food has also fallen off a lot, fajitas are just watery. Very sloppy and nowhere near as good as they were a year back. I could write much more on the problems we've had the last few visits, but it's not worth my time. I'm only hoping you'll avoid the place to save yourself the wasted money and time. So many great options in redlands now, pick another spot!! !

Great! I ordered sirloin steak that came with loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli. It was cooked well done, tasted very good and most definitely was not dry. The wait time to be seated wasn't long although I did go around 2:45p to 3 p. All in all I enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
It was okay but there was a pervert at the bar trying to talk to me about sex. I kinda freaked out on him and he moved to the other side of the bar.

Always a good time at Chilis. $8 lunch specials offer more than enough food. We were seated immediately at lunch time and our waitress was amazing.
Went in at 2pm after the lunch rush, had to wait 15 minutes for a table for two. Over 12 empty tables that have not been bussed. Looks like a war zone. No one is bothering about cleaning the tables , meanwhile the guy sitting people wants us to sit at the bar with a dirty counter, REALLY!! They need to hire someone to clean tables as the waiting staff doing double duty, one guy looks like a total slob, sweating over everything. Nope, not today , went somewhere else.
the service was terrible, i had to wait an hour for just an apetizer. We had to get up to get our own food because they had brought it to the wrong table,when we finally got our food we were still missing a meal well everyone had finished there food somebody had just received there food. if i could i would give this restaurant zero stars.
Never eating at this location ever again. So disappointed on our Sunday family dinner server was horrible food took forever then food came out and still waited an extra 10 mins for the last plate which was probably the fastest to be ready from all our food. Didn't offer us steak sauce for out steak so I got up and grabbed one from a dirty table. Manager was rude when I approached him and to fix it he offered a dessert on our $100.
Redlands Chili's is much better than the one in Beaumont. We will not go the that one anymore. The last three times the service was really bad. We use to go there almost every week no more it's been a long time since we have been there!

Service tends to be slow during peak hours, especially during weekends. However, the food is always great and waitresses visit the table in a timely manor to ensure your drinks are full and the food is consistently delicious.
My experience with ordering take out was not pleasant at all. I attempted to use their app to place my order but that failed. I figured I ll call it in and my order will be ready by the time I m closer to this location. I waited 15 minutes to finally get my order in. I stayed patient because this order was not for me. Now I m stuck waiting an additional 15 minutes to finally get my order.
Update: I get to my home and I discover the order was not complete. Make sure to check your To Go orders even if it s a simple order!
I was not happy with the food. The salad I got they changed it. I was disappointed.

Good place for dinner, the fresh offerings are really good. Great customer service and decent food. There's not usually much of a line. Clean but gets a little loud.

The shrimp was raw in my wife's shrimp tacos and the manager made excuses for the mistake and acted as if we didn't know that translucent shrimp means it's raw. My wife use to be in the restaurant business, so I think she knows. Had them take the plate back and try to make a club sandwich, not good.
The food is horrible. The shrimp on my $12.99 Caribbean salad what's so small I ate it all in two bites. You know if your service headset wasn't working so the bar did not get my wife's drink order and we waited again for a drink.after years of Chili's is just not what it used to be.

The only thing was my mango tea tasted like the aloa vera drink that is mango flavored and they just put syrup in the tea to make it mango flavored
We eat chili's 2 time a month. And we will never go Thursday nights again. The services horrible, food was o.k.
Staff is very interested in what you would like to order. They suggest other foods you might like to go with what you ordered. Floor is clean. Tables are large and roomy. Food is great. Also serve alcohol for those that drink.
Redlands location just remodled. Same great service and happy hour specials are good.

Me and my Family came here for lunch and the food was cold asf. Like it s been sitting on a counter for hours. If you order food especially at a big corp like this it should be fresh not cold. Just don t go here go to the other chili s in SB. Got my second order and it was warm not even fresh. Btw I live in Las Vegas and I eat at chili s pretty often and my food is always fresh always. Seeing plenty other comments in this review saying there food was cold. AVOID THIS PLACE AND TAKE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!

Food was good, but I have to agree with others. Service is very slow. Went last night was put in lounge since dining area was full. Server took forever to come by. She was very nice, although she was just covering someone on their break. When our server came back from break he was a bit more attentive however never refilled our drinks. Long periods of time before anyone really took any notice. I don't want to say we'll never go back, but it will probably be awhile.
They're burgers are improved and really good. Plus, free chips and salsa every time when you enroll in their free rewards program.
Our server was wonderful. They were short staffed but she was still attentive and had a great attitude. The ribs were delicious as was the BlackBerry margarita. Prices are reasonable. I do not recommend the bbq tri tip. It tasted good but it was so thin. Almost like a thick cut of bacon
Me and my wife had an amazing time! There was a party or 35 or so and our waiter did everything to accommodate us. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious.
Chili's in Redlands California is a great place to go for lunch or dinner. They have delicious meals. I love the shrimp tacos. They are the best you've ever tasted. They have delicious cocktails as well. We go as often as we can.
Because of the recent covid-19 as you pull up the waitress or waiter attempt to take your order while you're in the carbefore you attempt to get out of the car because they can't have anyone inside waiting for seats or waiting you know for food because of the social distancing which doesn't affect their service at all they're extremely polite and extremely fast when you're waiting outside for your food honestly my wife and I were only there for 20 minutes total that includes the wait time plus looking at our menu everything in our food was ready to go and everything was there it was awesome delicious hot and very very reasonable, so much so that I'm good to go order I still paid well over the gratuity
Friendly customer service "Great" is preferred. Food selection good however looks nothing like the commercial... Service on multiple occassions very slow at least stop by and see if I need water while I wait forever for my food.
On of my favorites places in town . Great food, super nice service ALWAYS, and the best part, very affordable prices. Always enjoy my Bake potato soup .
Service was pretty good, but the music was way too loud for the 8 people still eating and the ribs were dry.
We went today (6/25/18) and the ribs were very good. The service provided by Nate was excellent. I look forward to eating there again
