Had a party of 13. People there were friendly but...

Had a party of 13. People there were friendly but the service was subpar! Tried several times to get our hostess or someone to assist and got little response. We felt that we had to beg for refills and etc.
We had a nice time in spite of the problems. The food was good, in fact it was very good.
