Food was great, service was horrendous. Server couldn't be bothered to stop. Never brought us our bill. Just left cash on the table and left.

Food was good. Salad was poor quality, lettuce was a little old. Service was good nice friendly people but service seemed to close together. We ordered our drinks and chips and salsa, and since we were ready we ordered our food also. I totally my salad with the drinks and very quickly after got the chips and salsa
And much to quickly we got our food.y BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS I SEVERELY DISLIKE PAYING WITH THE LITTLE SCREEN AT MY TABLE. THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I DESPISE BEING MADE TO DO IT.

so went here for dinner the worst idea ever our waitress was not friendly and she did not refill our drinks she did not check on us the food took forever to come out and when it did it was cold but we couldn't tell our server because she never checked on us

I was there today waiting for almost 15 mins in my table with my kids and everyone ignore us they didn t even take our drinks order the people who sit after us was getting their orders taken but us so the Kids and I we diced to get up and leave really bad service I don t think I will back to this place aging the manager and employees need more training on making sure who the sit and not ignore

Server was excellent and the kids enjoyed it. The food was great as well

The service was very good still not too fond of them potatoes I think they're made out of a box but everything was very good

Great food at reasonable prices. I had the mushroon swiss burger with fries and it was delicious, it really hit the spot! We went around 10pm on a Saturday thinking we weren't going to get good service because it would be too packed but I was wrong. The service and the atmosphere was great!

They have a pretty good happy hour. Big drink menu with a bunch of beers on tap and a bunch of different kinds of mixed drinks. Good place to catch a game

Food was good as usual but service was a little messed up. Had to ask 3 times for ketchup & soda refil. One if our burgers came with chili on it but we asked for a bowl of chili and salad that was supposed to have shrimp on it came with chicken instead. New staff after Covid closure???

It is a very good place for fast food. Something strange, but it is cheaper to eat in the bar than in the restaurant. The ribs very rich.

Service is lacking in quality control. Food always luke warm, always waiting, especially for the drinks.

Love the ribs in hide sauce and the street corn bites at first and then leaves you desiring more after you finish!

Place is pretty good overall. The bar area is nice and I had a good experience with the staff there. I would recommend.

Great food. But waitress wasnt listening to how i wanted my order. Brought me my plate and it wasn't what i wanted.

Service was great as always but the last 3 times we have been there my husband has order a steak and not a single time have they been able to cook it correctly he always orders medium rare and it always comes out medium well to well. Then when they recook it they bring him out rare and then when he tells them it's still cold they take it back and turn it to well done again. So the long and short is don't order steak. And from now on neither will my husband.

By far the BEST Chili's we have been to. The customer service is SUPERB! From being welcomed in, seated, order taken, bill and exiting the restaurant. Food was that much better... delicious Thank you!

Awful Mothers day experience. No stars bec never got order after 1 hr. Manager did not wear a mask or request customers Social Distance by waiting in their cars. She and waitress just yelled out names at the door. Manager said its a 2 hr wait for our orders. So I asked GM for refund. The clueless guy took 20 minutes to just give me his business card instead of the requested refund receipt. He said I have to check my bank acct for the credit. Will not use their online ordering, curbside pickup again.

App was good the triple 2 mini burgers egg role and buffalo strips.ordered a fajita trio combination and my wife ordered the chicken pasta the chicken and meat tasted terrible I just didn t seem like real meat sorry.service was great though.

Grabbed a bit before a movie so we were on a time constraint, was disappointed we had to wait 20 mins for a table but our server was our savior. Told her we were kind of in a hurry and she delivered, her name was Betty I believe, and she was awesome!

It was really great. First eating out since COVID. Every other table is blocked off. Food was great! Service was even better!

Went there last week with my family and waited 30 mins to have somebody take our order. Even made eye contact with a few servers and nobody bothered to care or call out our waitress our way. They weren t even busy. Went to TGI Friday s and had 120% better service and tipped them swell. They lost out on a very good tip that night. Oh well

Jax has been my server for a while she is one of the best always making sure my food is done right drinks are always keep full I enjoy dining at chili s because her great service

The bar tender is a blast .fun quick and the 3 for $10 hit the spot good service and the food was far better than i hopped for glad i stopped in

They don't do reservations so there is usually a wait. Our waiter kept forgetting to bring us things we ordered, but it was still really good

The lady with the bangs working this morning was beyond rude as we stood there to be seated for 20 mins walked by us twice and did. Not bother to call anyone to help us or to help us her self found that extremely rude when I asked if somebody could help us and was ignored if you do not have any people skills maybe you shouldn't be working as a waitress

Excellent service the food took a little bit longer than anticipated but we had a good time and the food was very tasty

Very cool restaurant! We had a family get-together, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere! The staff is very friendly and will get you served in a promptly manner!

Our waiter was very nice. Made sure we were ok if we needed anything. I asked about a few different drinks and he gave me his opinion so I went with it and he was right the drink was spot on I had 2 lol.I believe his name was Dominic

Everything was very salty and our steaks were cooked very poorly. The only thing that saved it were the waitress's, they were kind and willing to help when good came out wrong.

My experience the waitress said I could not have some thing on the menu because I wanted a different side and then the manager was incredibly rude and he spit in my soda

Ordered a 6oz sirloin steak with loaded potatoes and steamed broccoli. We'll, the broccoli was good. Ordered the steak medium rare. It was RARE. The mashed potatoes were not tasty at all

The wait staff are great here. The food was a bit salty, bit perfect with beer and a game. Sat in the bar and had a great time.

I love chili's i ordered the new drink the pomegranate one it was great n well worth the 5 dollars.

I love chilis . I mainly go for their boneless wings and cookie skillet. Best cookie Skillet in town! Mmmmm I always go in there with my husband and my baby we always receive really good service! The staff is super friendly. The Redlands location is by far my favorite one to go to.
