Not enough wait staff. Had several empty tables waiting to be cleaned. Wait was too long. Food was good waitress was good.

I love this place. The servers were nice and very friendly. The server we had was always asking if there was anything we needed. Our youngest daughter kept starring at the server everytime he when by.

The service is friendly. The food is always good. The place is clean. We always enjoy our visits here. We took dessert home with us because we were too full but I always like their dessert. The only drawback to this place is there is always a wait to be seated. On a Friday night you can count on at least a 30 minute wait . Considering that is not too long we almost always wait but it can be frustrating when you have places to be . Like a movie. Knowing that just plan ahead and you will be fine.

Very poor attended and food took about an hour to come. Poor service because staff was short and I have been going there for years and I have never experience anything like that.

To start the person who received us did not give us a table we sent to al.bar then nobody ever came to take the order we left without eating bad service

This restaurant was undergoing renovations when I visited, so things were a bit bare. I'm sure it will look great once done. Food was good but service a bit slow, but it was busy so not too bad.

Worst service and the food was disgusting will never go back specially the Redlands of the location manager had a smart mouth and as hell correcting the problem and he shouldn't be a manager position

Great, we had a large group, but enjoyed everything.

I did not enjoy my visit as much as I usually do. The waiter was too flirty with my husband, they say us at a dirty table before cleaning it, and the good was not as good don't think I will be visiting that specific restaurant anymore. Thank you anyway and God bless

The service was quick and if you're a member of their rewards program, the free chips & salsa doesn't hurt a bit. They're very good.

Great place to eat, have a few drinks. Very wheelchair-accessible. Very understanding about food allergies. Had a great time there with my husband, and our waitress was wonderful.

Go to Chile s quite often. There is something for everyone, from soup to their delicious ribs. Families, seem to really enjoy it. From the littlest ones to Grandma and Grandpa. I was there yesterday, I had thier soup and Salad lunch special. It was the loaded Potatoe soup. Tasted like a baked potatoe! The salad was also very tasty. We also had their appetizers it was salsa and tortilla chips the tortilla chips were homemade and very light and crispy. We had no room for Dessert. That made me sad.

The people here are nice and the food as well and there is a kind person named zo that works here

Today we had lunch at Chili's. We hadn't been there for a long long time. My mom and I both had the salad and the tortilla soup. The tortilla soup was delicious. We were very impressed. The salad was good as well. They also gave us chips and salsa and the chips were nice and thin and crispy and delicious even more so than at a Mexican restaurant. The salsa was delicious. We were very very pleased and will be back

Good food, nice atmosphere, and great customer service. The reason why I did not give it 5 starts is because my pasta was cold and hot in some parts it was not a well distributed hot temperature. Other than that great place.

You can not make reservations. Waiting 90 minutes when you are told 20 minutes out of the question.

The Best! The Best! The Best!! My family and I Absolutely love this place. The food is amazing! The customer service is top notch! And the speed of service is only rivaled by Chinese fast food establishments. This is great for a date night or large family gatherings. Can't wait to come back again for that stellar 3 for $10!! Too loud and sometimes cold but can't beat the food, especially chicken tortilla soup. Outstanding.Good food for kids and game box on table for them.

We visit a lot of Chili's locations, this one was pretty average for a busy time. Food order was correct, seating took a little while (party of 6, understood). Manager didn't make rounds that we saw.

Salads are usually good but today it was old salad in a bag. Very disappointing. Fajitas were good though.

The place was pretty filthy. Silverware had left over food on it. The food was pretty good, (not the food on the silverware!) Other than that, I think the cleanliness needs to be kept up a little better. Staff was very nice though!

Prices seemed high for the food received - probably was due to the neighborhood. Next time I'm hungry near there, I'll drive a little distance and save $5 or so. (I mean, $17 for their inexpensive burger and a soda? Yeesh)

The enchilada soup was very tasty. A first time try and I was pleased.

Lunch time. After my mom's funeral we dropped in. Our waitress was terrible. Left us waiting a long time to order drinks. Left us sitting w/o drinks and chips after we ordered for a long time. Wow, food took forever after we ordered. Thank God we didn't have to be anywhere. We couldn't even get napkins after we asked 3 times! Never had them? Food like warm, guess whose food was sitting for a long, long time. Finally, her attitude was terrible. I will Never, Ever, Ever go there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Bad, bad restaurant. Should of not tipped her at all, but I bartended my way through college.

Good service and the food was excellent. That's why we go out of our way to visit a Chili's, 99% of the time we have an awesome experience over the competing big chain grills.

This place has not dissapointed nice Sunday brunch. I had a real hamburger LOL and it was good. The blackberry tea is also delicious, not many places you can get it.

Walked into a nearly empty restaurant around 830 pm. Was told that I had a 10 min wait for a table. Took a look around and quickly noticed alot of trash on the floor & tables that were unoccupied. Staff seem stressed & the manager was to busy to listen.
Walked in applebees and was seated immediately. Clean with nice friendly staff. Great food 2

The atmosphere is great and service is the best. Its one of my favorite places to eat.

Too long to be seated even that we were the only ones waiting for a table server took to long, food was cold, no refills on sodas or ice tea, server just show up at the end for the tip.

They got slammed just after we came in so service was doing its best tp keep up. We had the Texas cheese fries with chili, OMG Delicious but not healthy at all. Wife had her fajitas and they were good, ther chip of black beans were the stand out. I had the just bacon burger and it was great but a little greasy. We'r east here a lot when we'r are in ther area.

Food, Service, and Staff was fantastic. Outdoor dining only and long waiting time due to small outdoor eating area. Clean restroom but no T/P.

Service is very sloooooow....... And it was not too busy. Funny thing the table next to us got their food first, and they got there after us....hmmmm...

The food was great! We went for my husband's birthday and the gift card we had malfunctioned. The manager went out of her way to help us and even ended up covering our meal. Turns out our gift card was a scam. But the service was amazing.

Our server Lucy was amazing food was hot and fresh and came to our table sooner then we expected !!!!! Highly recommend this location
