Chili Review

Most of the time the food is great but every once in a while I'll get something that taste like it's been sitting there for a while. I do have to say that I have never had a bad experience with the staff here. They are all so friendly and attentive.

I ordered chips and salsa and most of the chips were tiny pieces that were almost impossible to pick up any salsa with. I asked for more and it wasn't much better. As a matter of fact, there was much less chips in the second dish that was brought out.

I had never been here before so me and my spouse went here for dinner service was great and we will definitely go back again sometime

After spending many hrs. In E.R. at Mt. View, went to chili's. Needed comfort food. Everyone was friendly. Food was great. No chips finer than chilis.

The day before NMSU s graduation the restaurant was understandably packed. Even so, we sat immediately as there was an open table in the bar area. Even with the amount of customers our service was excellent and food was out in a timely manner and was very good!

Service was great, food was awesome, had a good deal, sign up and get a free chip n salsa.

Went here when I was on a trip. The food was good. I ordered the crispy crispers from the kids menu and they were good but the chicken was a bit tough and against the grain. Other than that is was good. My dad got fajitas and my mom got a something else. They both enjoyed it. I liked how an extra side from the kids menu was 1 dollar so I ended up getting French fries and a salad.

My visit here at Chili's in Las Cruces was delightful and our service was impeccable.

Food was good but the waitress must have been having a terrible day...she had an attitude the whole time I was there.

I recently placed a order for pickup at the Chili's in Las Cruces, NM. My order was $127.14 with tip included. I ordered rib eye steak with loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus. My wife got 6 oz sirloin with avacado and shrimp. NO Pico de Gallo because she's allergic to it. My daughter got a chicken ranch sandwich. And my son got shrimp cajon Alfredo. There's no complaints on the last 2 meals. Our Door Dash driver he ad called me to say that they didn't have any mashed potatoes and no asparagus. He asked if I wanted something else in place of what was ordered. Isn't that the job of the restaurant not the Door Dash driver???? My wife's order was not to par, the Pico de Gallo was all over the steak, paid for the up charge of shrimp only got 4, yes it was supposed to be cooked well done. It was cooked well beyond well done. The avacado was hard as a rock. My steak was supposed to mid-rare, it was cooked well done. I had to put A1 sauce on it just to try to finish it. Which I didn't. Next time we will order from Applebee's.

They are running a special on the fajitas. Steak, chicken, or combo was only 10.99! The server said the special doesn't currently have a published end date, but I'm sure it won't last forever so get over there.

Terrific service, food was good. I will caution that if you play the table games it will be charged with your bill, not entirely obvious when using the device.

I always enjoy Chilis ribs with the brocolli side. I am happy to see on the 2 for 22 menu the side salad was added. Seevice is always good.

The host Adrian is a true gentleman. I'm a caregiver and my client and I come all the time. He opens doors for us and knows our favorite table. He is an amazing young man.

I visited this Chili's To Go location while in Las Cruces on business. My food was ready as soon as I arrived. It was well cooked and still hot by the time I returned to my hotel. I was offered plastic ware and condiments, as well as sweetener for my tea. The service I received while there was most friendly and the manager that assisted me was very helpful. They were generally happy to have my business, which means a lot to me these day. The To Go area of the restaurant was well maintained. The restaurant is also in a nice location.

We had the BBQ bacon cheese chicken and it was wonderful!

We frequent this location because the service and food is usually very good. Our most recent visit was not what we were accustomed to. The service was sub par, and the men's restrooms were atrocious. Which I did bring to the attention of our waitress. The only reason that I am not giving one star is because our waitress was overwhelmed in what appeared to be a lack of assistance from other staff and management. In the end our waitress was more attentive. I will add that the food was still very good.

Super friendly greeting. White person was very friendly. Extensive menu selections. Food was very tasty. Kitchen noise was excessive. Good here this is slamming throughout our entire experience. Metal chairs are scraping against the floors. Men's restroom needed attention.

Joslin was special and served a great guacamole. She had Danny serve to us.

Mediocre food noisy environment but it's Chili's it's to be expected

We like this chili s :-) go with the whole family and the servers have all been great with my crazy boys.

This is our go-to location when we get a coupon from Plenti Rewards. We're always treated well and the food is almost always perfect. Sometimes the service can be slow or lacking, but overall, it's a great place to eat.

Food was excellent as was the service, sat at the bar.

We came on Christmas Eve, and I ordered the Steak and Shrimp combo, which is one of my favorites. However, when Iwas about half-way into eating it, I noticed that the portion of steak was noticeably smaller than usual. The amount of shrimp was okay. Maybe I didn't notice it right away because I don't use the tortilla to wrap the food; I put the other ingredients on the plate, stir them around, and start eating. That tends to make it just look like a big pile of food. It's only when you have eaten a substantial amount that the proportions of individual ingredients become noticeable.

I pointed this out to our waitress, but she displayed no serious concern. She was more interested in selling us dessert.

I'm not sure where I'm going to put Chili's on my list of go-to restaurants after this. Everybody makes mistakes, but the lack of interest by our waitress coupled with no visit from management to check into the situation (she may not even have told them) will play a major role in my decision.

We took our 2 year old to Chili's for her birthday celebration and our waiter, Jason, was seriously awesome! As he filled our water cups he played along and filled the kids cups too, which they loved! He also took the time to speak with both of them, which is something that rarely happens with a 2 & 3 year old! Oh, the food was good too!
