Chili Review

I wasn t very happy when we got here they tried to sit my daughter, wife, and I in between two full tables which was way to small to fit so we let the hostess know and she started to get a table ready for us we waited for her to wipe the table down but she walked up behind us with a different group and she said we could sit at the table she never wiped down and had food all over it. So she sat the other group first and said she was going to do it after and she sat them at a clean table so we left and this day and three days before I worked 11 hour days I was not in the mood for her disrespect. But it all worked out we went to Texas Roadhouse instead and it was a great night after that.

I ordered to go, grilled chicken sanwich with avocado and fries, the fries were oily as hell, the avocado with lot of black spots, the slice of tomatoe tasted really bad, the chicken not fully cooked, we are not going back there.

Foods okay. Our waited laughed when I said I wanted a salad..i asked what that was for..he said oh salad. I like eating salads. So I got the damn salad, it was very good!

Delicious food. Attentive Service. Reasonable prices.

Be careful. Make sure the total on your ticket is right, because they gave us a different total that was higher...

The servers we have are always friendly. We never have an issue when we visit. It's a relief!

We go here whenever we take our car in for maintenance next door. We enjoy beer and appetizers at the bar and usually play trivia. Edd the manager and staff are always attentive and friendly.

the food is always good an predictable here. no complaints. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly and prompt with orders and to refill your drinks. We eat here every other month and will continue to do so.

Great service and happy hour prices! We thought the chips were too thin though, they break easily. Maybe offer crackers with the spinach dip.

Great burgers , just love this place . Great service if you are in Las Cruses you should stop for a berger .

I must say chili s is always consistent with the level of service and food ! Always on point! Drinks are always on point! Just delicious ! Makes my mouth water every time I sit in a both or chair and look through that menu my mouth instantly gets wet! Mmmmhmmm!

Food is average, service is not great. 2 servers shared our section/table and if we weren't having to remind them of drinks because we received the wrong one or asking for napkins we were waiting over 15 minutes to see the for a side of ranch.

I never had ribs so dry ,crunchy and no meat on the bone will not order ribs again

Honestly, Even doing COVID-19 50% restrictions not bad.. Not bad at all... The food was delicious as usual.. And the server was excellent.. I went today for Father's Day took all 4 my of kids and the whole experience was great... I loved it will definitely be dining in again...

Great food, I luv the vegan fajitas! Their burgers are good to. I always get great service anytime we go.

We had an excellent lunch the service was great the ice tea was cold.

For a chain restaurant this is good as it gets, I never have issues with the food or the staff. People who expect gourmet food at a chain restaurant are goofy. The service has always been excellent. The food is presented well and its never been over cooked or under cooked. Whether it's busy or slow. Bathrooms and floors are always clean when I go.

Used to be favorite place to eat. Couldn't make my burger the way I wanted it. Server did terrible job in handling the situation.

Typical: the menu is just like any other Chili's, but the service is usually good and it's clean.

Staff started out pretty rude. We will go somewhere else next time. Staff needs to be a little friendlier if they want better tips. Food was good!

A go to place for movie night. Call it in and pick it up.

I ordered a hamburger and they screwed it up three times. The manager had to end up cooking my hamburger just to get it right. And even at that they offered no compensation. Outside of that the service was completely horrible. HATED IT!

Horrible service asked several workers to bring something or another that came with the meal/per order on the menu.
Empty water glass, they were more attentive to people with alcohol

Food is good, promotions are good, manager is great, but they always seem to want to sit all the people in the one crowded area. I understand it helps them keep more control. But if I am going to eat out I want to be comfortable and enjoy my company, and not hear every other person on the place and their conversations. They have overall good customer service but some employees could improve quite a bit.

Jason is a great waiter. Definitely will be back for good food and great service.

The restraunt were nice The food was great but The service was bad she did not offer appetizers or desserts and took a long time for our to go boxes and most of all took my food when I was not finished with my food and she want friendly at all didn t even smile

I travel a lot and usually end up at Chili's. You can always get good food.

Always like eating here with the fam. The food is good and the service is decent. I don't like how they charge for the game tablet thing and how it does the tip, but other than that, it's good.

This is the worst chili s in the whole United States of America they can never bring out hot food orders are always wrong an did I mention the food is always cold! The manager is nice an friendly but that s about it!

boy has this place gone down lately. floors aren't swept, tables aren't bussed, waiters don't wait, food isn't served. needs new management.

They recently messed up my wings, but the people here are so wonderful they had me return to the correct order promptly, and a couple of $5.00 gift cards for my trouble. They didn't have to do that, but they did!! Love this place. Thank you

Sat at bar because we, normally, do this at other restaurants with bar. Reason being that we get served right away; not this time. Even though, there were only two other patrons there, we didn't get our drinks until 10 minutes later. I asked for easy ice on my drink and it was filled to the brim with ice and my drink was only 2/3rds full. The bartender seemed tired. Maybe she was working an extra shift because she seemed like her brain was not up to par. I asked for liquid in my pico de gallo, and it came completely dry. I couldn't eat my meal because I had no utensils and the bartender kept disappearing. My grilled chicken was cold and had a gummy texture. We still tipped well in case she was having a rough day.

Hostess seated me in a clean, comfortable table. Waitress was pleasant and accurate. Food was prepared properly and tasted good.

Went there for a birthday celebration. Food and service was awesome. The pay machine thing got kinda hairy. But yeah. Good times.
