Going based off my last visit, we were seated promptly and it was clean. Our server was very attentive and took our drinks orders right away. My roommate and I did the 2 for $22 and I'll speak on my half and say I ordered the grilled chicken fajitas. We got the chips and guacamole appetizer which is good as always! The fajitas come with a good amount of chicken and toppings as well. I'm not a big fan of the beans it comes with but that's just a personal preference. The waiter check up on us an appropriate amount of times and asked questions to make sure everything was going great. The bathroom was clean as well when I used it but the paper towel dispenser was out. My roommate got the margherita chicken and from what I can tell, she had no complaints.

I was charged for a chicken bacon quesadilla when I only had a cheese quesadilla. I was charged for adding avocado to my salad after being told it had no cucumbers because they had gone bad so all I wanted was to replace them. The waitress could careless and the manager only offered to refund $1. They totally missed the point of the matter smh

I doordash here all the time decided to give it a shot. Ribeye was not up to par. Disappointed.

Crowded! No sense of order when you enter. The customers decided we ll just remember who was next in line. I could see the hostess s heart sink when we said no to a seat at the bar.

The liquor was flowing. We passed loud boisterous tables full of laughter and shouts of delight. We ordered drinks and an appetizer to start. Long Island ice tea was flavorful.

I ordered rare steak 10 oz sirloin, it was perfect. My wife s 1/2 rack of ribs was dry, over cooked and not fall off the bone she was disappointed but hungry.

The other problem we had was the meal arrived not long after the appetizer, stacking food on top of food.

For a Thursday to be this busy and they get behind? I d hate to see Friday or Saturday. Obviously the kitchen couldn t keep up. Maybe the strong drinks was the compromise?

Chili s used to be known for its ribs, now I m not too sure.

Burgers are good all the grilled items have come to taste microwaved. It's decent but nowhere near the quality it used to be.

It's good food. Mostly good service. Depends on the wait staff. Some are great some are mediocre.

Good food. The $22 meal deal is perfect for our family.

It had been a long time since we had dined here so in the mood to return for their Margaritas and chips, salsa with whatever you want for dinner! Great selections and always delicious

Food was good service also fast and courteous a little noisey but still able to hear everyone at your table and kids didn't have to be dead quiet which was nice manager even came by to ask us how everything was going.

Terrible way to much salt on the ribeye steak I might as well have asked for a plate of salt

Usually I give places like this a three because you usually know what you are going to get. My rating goes up and down based in service and accuracy. This place was a great experience. Great bartender, who even though he was busy made sure we were taken care of and felt welcome. Two burgers no tomato with fries was our order. In a very acceptable time frame we had them and they were absolutely great. True medium. No tomato like we asked. Flavorful. So a very deserved four star. Keep it up you guys

Best burger I have ever had. Exceptional staff. Sarah is the best server I have ever seen and I've managed many bars and restaurants. She is truly one of a kind.

Got some good bbq ribs and honey chipotle chicken crispers.

3/7/19 Update

Great service, food is ok. Way to loud. Music competes with tv's and people. Burgers are probably good, but I'm not going to a restaurant to buy burgers I can get at Carls Jr. for a fraction of the cost. This is not one of my favorite places to go. My daughter chose this place since we hadn't been in awhile and they always have specials.

Tried the chicken fajitas last night. They were okay. Smelled burnt, in fact the smell of burned food is so over powering in my leftovers that I can't eat them, it's nauseating. The chicken had some sort of spicy sauce poured all over it, which was new. I had to scrape it off. The chicken was also rather flavorless and spongy, hence the sauce I'm sure. But I can't do really spicy food for physical reasons, so I wish that the sauce was disclosed on the menu so I could ask them to leave it off.



All in all, they probably have great alcoholic drinks and the appetizers are good so it's kinda like a pub. But you don't really want to go here to have a nice sit down dinner because the food kinda sucks (entree wise) and you can't hear anything beyond the music and the people, which for some reason are super loud, not sure why.

If you to try a favorite food of all time is Chicken Enchiladas Soup.
But it was so great to eat.

Places clean, staff friendly, however all our plates were undercooked, while they were really friendly and did fix the issues....

They could have offered a discount on the meals, I wanst expecting one, but it woild have been nice of them to offer.

We have always received great service. Friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. Really like the two for twenty deals like. Unfortunately can not go often, bit special events like birthdays or Valentine's day are always better here.

Free dinner for vets. Even though it was free the server was very attentive. Awesome food. Try the boneless wings. Honey Chipotle. Clean fast service. Totally worth it.

Who does good service was good. Would be better if they had more choices in beer and more TVs to cater to the sports bra. Specifically, TVs at the table would be great!

I gotta carry out order. The waiter was very helpful and made a suggestion that was a better choice than
the one I picked out. Chili's is one of my favorite places to eat.

Exactly what you d expect. Nothing spectacular food wise, but service is ALWAYS on point. Clean, fast paced, and easy to count on.

My family enjoyed our visit. The food was good (not great), reasonable prices and a pretty decent selection from the menus. Our service this visit was very good, no complaints.

Very disappointed in the quality of my food. I ordered a steak ( i know big mistake ) and it was the worst cut of meat I ve ever tried. It was ridiculously tough. And 75% of the entire cut was inedible. Stay away from steaks and ribs here. Best to stick with a classic burger. Or something very simple.

Fast, attentive service. The server was somewhat rushing our decision of what we wanted to eat and seemed like he was most interested in moving tables. But, nonetheless the food was good!

Service is great, our food came out really quickly and cooked perfectly. I will recommend this Chili's to anyone any time!!!! :-) :-)

Awesome place it was very busy but all the staff worked very well to make sure we were doing okay every so often.

Not as I thought as good as it would. Never order Fajitas Trio, $15 for just a bunch of onions.

It's exactly what you'd expect of a Chili's... we met my parents here and everyone gets to eat what they want. If you are from out of town like we are, just trust the GPS... the roads are a bit weird right here.

A great meal for a great price....this was only $15 !!!

It's gone downhill recently. The food was lukewarm and tasted so fake. It wasn't that crowded also so it just goes to show how far downhill it has gone.

It was great. My burger came a little under cooked. It was remade for me, but was smashed and way bigger than the bun. Next time i will remember to ask for well done.

Enjoyed their 3 for $10 deal for a lunch out from the usual office lunches. Quick service and great food.

Good as always. Service started out a little shakey and has also happened before but they rebound quickly . They're pretty consistent with service. The food is always on point and the beer is always cold!

Food served quickly like always, however we were not able to order from the kiosk on the table as it wouldn't let us. Quite inconvenient, but we survived with a wonderful wait staff.

The waiter was very good. He kept our drinks filled, brought us food quickly, and was very friendly. The food was also very good. We will definitely be going back.

Reliable, consistent, and low-drama. Not exactly the best food in town, but there's nothing wrong with it either. Service is always excellent. Their 'rita's are very good, but unless you're Pam from The Office, this is not a good environment to get hammered in.
