Just bacon burger is great definitely recommend for any occasion!!

I always get the steak. Reasonable price and the best I ve ever had. Seriously. Good to excellent service. Our go to place in Cruces.

We went to have lunch on Sunday. The restaurant was busy, not crazy. We ordered an appetizer - Blossum petals. Really good but a small portion for the price. Our waitress wanted to take the entire order when we ordered the appetizer. We told her we did not want to rush. The appetizer was delivered, again asked for the entree order. Again told the waitress we were not in a hurry. Took about 4-5 times for her to get the hint, then an explanation about people who come in for lunch and are in a hurry as an excuse- it was Sunday!
Two of us had the 1/2 rack of ribs, Cole slaw and fries. Ribs were dry, and there was entirely too much blank real estate on the plate. One had the fajita plate and tortillas seemed like gluten free, entirely dry and tasteless.
I can do better at home.

Food is great but sometimes takes a long time to get the food.

Always my favorite chili's. The best wait staff and the food never disappoints.

We each ate a nice salad in the parking lot since the dining room was closed. Food was good enough. We did have to call for something to eat them with since no cutlery was included in the carry out bag. . Everyone has one of those days occasionally. We'll go back for another meal!

Worst service ever today. Waited for 30 min to get a table while tables were open and avialavai. Then waited 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge that we had sat down . Several made eye contact and didn't bother even to acknowledge us as well

Food is fair. Service was tired. Place old and tired.

First time going to chilis the hostess was amazing she even told me if u sign for the reward program u will get free chips and salsa (which never got it) we got a waiter name jay which has no customer service skills was not nice he took forever to come back and check on us and when we were able to get a hold of him he was not warm to us at all i dont know if its cause we r latino i feel very uncomfortable eating my food like we were not welcome they were many people without the mask and the other waitress were nice even smiling with their mask on u can tell, the food we love it the prices are good i was a waitress my self for many years and i been in the customer service business for so long and i know how u supposed to treat your customers

Used to love this place until I went in with my children, who are all minors by the way and over heard the waitresses and a manager making racial comments. The nerve of these people to work in a mixed racial establishment in NEW MEXICO

Worst food I have EVER had from Chili's. Was completely shocked as it has always been fantastic up until tonight. Ordered through doordash. The coleslaw was spoiled and soured, the hamburger was congealed, the chil queso was a small portion compared to normal and was also congealed and seemed like it was the last of the barrel. It is sad when the ONLY thing that was decent was the bag of chips....which I could have bought a bag from the convenience store for less money than what I just paid for a meal I had to throw out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Won't be ordering Chili's again.

This place used to be the best. I'd run into friends all the time. Now that they changed the hours on their Happy Hour, you never see anyone. Will be looking for a new place to visit.

This restaurant is a great place to go if you re looking for a good meal and friendly service. The staff is always friendly and they make you feel welcome. Food is good and they always update menu to get new items. I am signed up with their rewards so it s nice to get coupons for a free appetizer or dessert, so I definitely recommend that! The wait is never long - if there even is one. I have went when there were a lot of cars in the parking lot and got right in!

Pretty much your average Chili's... Food was great, quick, and generous. Service was decent, but not great... had to hunt down both the door greeter and server, but otherwise a good visit.

Worst eating experience I have ever had. There was construction that was taking place on the roof and they were making so much noise my server could barely hear me ordering. The vibration of the equipment was making dust fall on my girlfriend and our food from the ceiling. I spoke to the manager and he couldn't care less about what I had to say. I honestly felt bad for the servers because it was annoying and other customers were complaining to them not to mention their ignorant boss.

We got there about 45 minutes before they closed. Our waiter was friendly and fast. She got our drink orders and food order correct without issue. Food was hot and tasted fresh. The back porch margarita was delicious!

The burger I had tasted to strong of mustard & another person who came in 20 min after us ordered their food & got it before we got ours.

Good food, but can get a bit noisy. Service excellent. Price well worth it.

I like chili s, usually. They have a good menu and great drink selection. However, I have been to this location 3 times in the past couple months and have been completely underwhelmed. Each time I waited for more than 40 minutes for my food and I ve asked for minimal modifications for my meals and they are almost never met. One of these trips I ordered a margarita chicken and was brought a completely different dish. The staff was polite and friendly, but for me that didn t compensate for my less than amazing trip there. Hope they improve soon.

This Chili's is wonderful. Courteous and attentive management and the servers behind the bar are second to none. The food is always tasty and consistent. If you are looking for some good comfort food in a friendly environment, this is an excellent choice.

Our waitress ruined our experience. We ordered beef nachos as a starter and we never received it. When we asked about it another person brought it out to us and said the manager was going to take care of it for us because we never got it before our food was already eaten. The waitress returned and she grabbed it from the table and took it away. When she walked by I asked her why she took it from us after we told the manager was going to take care of it she said she would bring us one to go and i told her as long as it was going to be still taken off and she said okay. When we received the bill it was still there and we asked why she said because she figured since we were going to eat it we should be charged which left us confused because of what the other server said to us.anyway we decided not to get it. It would have not been such a big deal if she was nice about it but the way she went about it was very ride

Burgers are to be cooked medium well (no pink) but are served medium rare (red in the middle)

My wife and I just left very disappointed.. My wife ordered a margaritas and the drink was delivered not full plus it was the wrong drink.. We sent it back because a $9 drink shouldn't be made wrong.. Then her cajun chicken pasta came completely dry and without her garlic bread... Now on to my Spicy Shrimp Tacos which weren't for spicy and the soft tacos felt like 3 hard tacos... The manager came over after we paid our ticket and offered us gift cards for our next visit... We denied because we will not be going there again.....

Ribs were served frozin in the middle, and shimp was cold. Also, the server was complaning that he still had to go work out.

They need to hire more cooks. Always takes too long to get our food.

My burger came dry with nothing that was supposed to be on it. A little disapointing.

It's a Chili's, no better or worse than any others. Service is fairly good most of the time.

Good food, enjoyed the chicken quesadilla. Very good service.

Just popped in for a quick lunch a bowl of chicken enchilada soup and a Caeser salad. Everything was delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and I was in and out in no time.

We hadn't eaten there in a long time but the food was very good.

My family eats here a lot and they are very constant in food and service....its our go to for quick service when we have a large group after a ballgame.
