I placed an order in late July for sauces, posole, and preorder for fresh chile. I was quickly sent the sauces and posole but the order was incorrect with items left out. They first offered me a gift card worth less than the items that were left out. When I notified them that this action would not correct it, they fixed it pretty quickly. My order of fresh chile is in some black hole. Over three weeks ago it was to be sent "in about a week or two." When I asked this week I miraculously received an order shipped email. Tracking two days later was voided by the company. I emailed again asking what was going on, and I have yet to hear anything. Chile season is almost over, I doubt at this point I will receive anything- definently not the first of the season as I thought when I preordered.
