The staff is extremely friendly, store is clean, service is fast and accurate

My daughter loves coming here to play in the kids area! The playground/area is always nice and clean.

My favorite fast food place ever. They give fast food a whole new meaning and the employees are always nice no matter what location I go to.

This location is INSANELY busy always! I went to get dinner in the freezing rain the other night, they were still taking orders at your car in drive through. The employees are young and so very pleasant and mature for their age. The manager must be amazing because so us all his staff. They were also doing hand washing every hour for drive through employees even though they wear gloves. Hats off to this location, not to mention food is EXCELLENT! I order salads and they are always fresh, with all the extras, two dressings that most places charge for additional. When I say Thank you, they always say "my pleasure". So nice!

Food was great. Service was poor compared to what it usually is and I'm sure we can agree that they need to figure out their drive thru and parking lot. It was a circus tonight.

The parking lot here is a huge issue. The drive through spills out onto a major street and people just stop on the street waiting to get into chicfila. It's a huge safety issue. The store is also seeing way more business than it can handle for 1 location which has caused the quality to drop drastically over the last 2 years as their business has ramped up with the Fayetteville population.

Ordered curbside pickup. Waited at the location for almost 30 minutes. Said my order was on its way out and waited another 10 minutes. Worst service I ve ever got at Chick Fil A.

Really fast service!! They can have a line circling the parking lot for hours and still have your order ready as soon as you pull up to the window.

Best chicken around. "My pleasure " is their middle name!

Overrated. Food is good but despite amazingly fast service, there is always traffic backed up into the street. It's not worth a car wreck

I love Chik Fil A. LOVE IT. But this chik fil a is one of the only ones I've ever been to that is consistently really slow and orders are wrong. I will continue to support chik fil a, this restaurant included, but something is obviously not optimized here. The line is the slowest I've been in and we always have to check our food for accuracy. Love the food and most employees are respectful. The chik fil a across from the mall also has high traffic but orders are always perfect and that line moves. Not trying to be negative but just wanting to give honest feedback.

Over cooked food. I can get more food in a kid's Happy meal than what their portions are. Way over priced for what you get. I won't be eating there again.

The Chik-fil-A on MLK had extremely nice workers, like all Chik-fil-As, and the food was out to me in record time. As per usual, their chicken sandwich was delicious, and their fries were crunchy and satisfying. 10/10 would eat again.

4 stars cuz the line is always wrapped around the building but the chicken is blessed and that chickfila sauce slaps

Have always had great service, even when they are so busy!

Ordered food (2 number two spicy chicken deluxes) got the wrong food and than accused of eating the rest when we had not touched it yet. Rude service and wint be back for a while.

They do a good job with the food but they need a new parking lot. I would suggest opening more restaurants, the line to get in is crazy! Must be doing something good just need more restaurants.
