Chick Fil A Razorback Road Review

The employees here are one of a kind. Always friendly, and precise with my order every time. No matter the weather elements, I can tell they are wearing a smile under those masks! I do want to give a big shoutout to employee, Blake, for going above and beyond for me this morning when I messed up my mobile order. While the line may get long at some points, you can tell the employees are doing the best they can, and do truly care about their customers. Again, thanks Blake for turning my day around!

These managers that manage the drive thru have got this figured out how to move a line fast. Very impressed. Food is always HOT and precisely how ordered.

Delicious food and they have an amazing system set up to keep the heavy drive thru flow moving smoothly.

Huge shout out to the Chick Fil A on MLK. Their crew is awesome! They were beyond packed and the drive thru was out to the road. They had 10-15 crew members in the parking lot, taking orders, taking payments, directing traffic, and delivering orders. AND they did it all with the CFA signature customer service. Impressive.

Service is friendly and fas - even right after a game and the food is always good.

Expensive. My sandwich was bread chicken 2 pickles. Come on now.

Sat at curbside pickup for half an hour or more then the gent gave our food to the car next to us and now I get to set here for another 20 minutes waiting on my food. Won't EVER come back!

Messed up our order after waiting 40 mins for a simple meal but the food was great!

This Chick-fil-A is the best by far in Fayetteville! The customer service is great! They are fast friendly, and the food is almost always really good, hot and fresh!! Even when they are overflowing with customers it is amazing how fast and accurately they process everyone's order!!

Good, but traffic was very heavy due people leaving work or school.

Relative to other Chick-fil-A places, this place is not good. I'm from central arkansas, and the places there are WORLDS better than this location. Corporate needs to get some people from central arkansas to come help get this place running to Chick-fil-A standards. Wait time is always insane. Cars are frequently obstructing traffic in a busy road. I've never seen them adequately staffed. I've had them forget items. The list goes on. Bottom line: in Conway my wife and I ate Chick-fil-A about 3x more than we do here. And it's because we don't want to have go through such trouble for a chicken sandwich when there's 2 other places on the same street that serve them. This place needs some help.

The staff here is the best! Always great service. They go out of their way to make sure you're happy. Don't forget to try the mac and cheese! Extra pickles on the chicken sandwich is the way to go. The grilled nuggets are amazing, especially if you put them in your mac and cheese.

I don't know what happened to this location but somehow it went down hill. In the past drive thru service was quick and easy like all other Chick-fil_A locations but now the wait time in line is pure torture. Every day the line extends out onto Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard. I recall when this location ran two ordering lines but now they're down to one operator worker outside. I understand the Covid situation is putting a strain on things but this was one of the better locations in Fayetteville and now I just avoid it.

Just went to get a chicken sandwich. Was looking forward to it. When I got home I found a chicken sandwich about the size of a regular mcdonald's burger. It was small and flat and not juicy. For the price I expect to get the size I paid for. Yes they were friendly even when they lost my order but I feel kinda ripped off!

I've been a customer at Chick-fil-A for years and have always enjoyed the food. The service has always been to over the top for my taste but the food makes up for it. The reason for 2 stars is because the manager threatened to call the cops on me when I used foul language to express my dissatisfaction. I'm ashamed that the management at Chick-fil-A doesn't take the time to listen to its customers.

Glad the have the 30 piece nuggets. Can't get enough of those nugs.

This is one of the better ones in Fayetteville, never had any problems, smooth as silk.

Absolutely the best in every category! The only negative I could think of would be that they close Sundays.

For sone reason the pick up spots were not being utilized this visit. That meant extra long wait in the to go line sadly.

My boyfriend is a manager here but I promise thats not why I'm giving 5 stars. I love this place

The waitress brought my birthday girl a hat, a birthday plate, and a Chick-fil-A stuffd . What a wonderful birthday lunch. I am glad she picked this place for lunch.

Good food needs more gluten free options, generally busy may i suggest opening a fourth one in fayetteville we like our chicken.

Whoever owns this location needs to know there are severe problems here. You just lost a long-time repeat customer.

I go here on my lunch break every day.

The people are very friendly, but I am not kidding when I say over 1/2 of the time my order is wrong.

It s gotten to the point where every day I have to pull aside and check to see if it s wrong again.

Today was the last straw, they forgot to put bacon on the sandwich, like they always do, and the bread was STALE, like rock hard stale.

They also put the sandwich box in the bag sideways (vertically), and by the time I opened it it was so soggy the box just came apart and inside was a clump of ingredients barely resembling a sandwich.

This is the last time I will be coming to this location, which is a shame as I ve been coming here every weekday for months now.

Finally claiming a reward for a free chicken biscuit from the last mess up at this location. Still got my order wrong after having to repeat it several times. The app was messing up, the employee that came to the car to take the order couldn't even take my payment for the balance still owed, and then when I get to the window I have to repeat my order again. I did get the right drink this time but the chicken biscuit was spicy chicken. Will continue to limit my visits to this Chick-fil-A since they continuously mess up my order and the whole ordering process is so stressful. I have never experienced this bad of service at any other Chick-fil-A.

Even though the place was crazy packed, I got my food in a reasonable amount of time and my order was correct! The food was great and the staff was friendly.

You can tell this place has good food because it is always super busy. I had my little grandson and an employee took time to bring him a plush cow that says "Eat Mor Chikin'." It made his day!!

Everytime I do curbside they forget some of my order

I'm now a vegetarian but their chicken is insurmountable compared to any other drive thru. You pull their chicken apart and you know it's real compared to something like McDonald's. Not to mention how courteous they are! Plus waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce. YUM!

I have been going here for years and have never had less than excellent service. The staff does a wonderful job making you feel welcome and goes above & beyond to ensure you have a great experience. Friendly, clean, attentive and efficient. The food is delicious and my order is always correct, amazing considering they are nearly always busy. We especially appreciate the kid and family events this location hosts and supports.
