First bad experience at this particular Chick-Fil-A. Called in and could barely understand the person on the other end of the phone. Person said they were the manager on duty. After asking her to repeat herself about 4-5 times. The sound was terrible. I asked to speak to Mike Perdue, this franchise owner. I was told I would have to talk to the store manager first. I said ok. Store manager was not in. When can't you talk to the owner or manager of a customer service establishment? Very disappointing....
