Very busy but moved very quickly, well oiled machine. All very pleasant, clean clean clean. For my first ever time visit to any ckick, the food was just ok. I don't get the raves about the food. My soda tasted like City tap water with slight flavor. My sandwich was fresh, but not much taste. Good but over rated.

Didn't go well. Took nearly 10 minutes to get thru the drive thru although there were only 3 cars in front of me. Cashier on Lane 2 was very unprofessional. I had to say hello to get someone's attention that I was waiting to order. When they came on the intercom, they were laughing and just replied, "hello". I had to tell them I wanted to order and they laughed again, then asked me what I wanted.Once I got to the drive thru window, they didn't even have my order (a frozen coffee) ready and I had to continue to wait. Totally unprofessional. I informed the manager on duty and hopefully he will address the poor customer service I received. Normally, customer service is impeccable, but the last two times I have visited the Hilltop restaurant, service has not been good. Maybe it was because it was 9:30 at night and they all just wanted to go home.
Always good but they praise their chicken but also serve pork? My mom is allergic to anything and everything except chicken. There should be a safe place for everyone!

This is one of the worst chick fil a drive through experiences I've had. Impatient drivers cause more back ups than anything else, the manager should have more employees outside directing traffic or move the store to a larger location so they can accommodate the large amount of guests they have. My food was cold by the time I got to my destination less than a mile away due to not being able to leave after receiving my food. I won't go back here during the busy hours.
This place has the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. It's a 10 for sure. It's fresh and taste hand battered but took me a long time to try because there is always a long line; but I guess that's a good thing a sign of good food !!
Busy location, yet they are always friendly & pretty fast.
I really appreciate how they transparent they are about calories. It's easy to forget just how many calories there are in even the smaller items.
My go to order is a plain chicken sandwich with some large fries dipped in Polynesian sauce. I don't recommend the drinks because you will get diabetes with all the sugar they put in there tbh.

My autistic son had a gift card and wanted to try ordering his own meal. This was a big deal for him. The guy behind the counter was so understanding and patient with him. He made eye contact and called him by his name. My heart was full! The customer service is above and beyond here!!

I find it absolutely reprehensible that you fired Lexi who was so clearly very passionate about her job. Even in the video she CLEARLY demonstrated a customer first mindset by making sure that regardless of the situation the customer was still taken care of. I find it hard to believe that the leadership at this establishment has any working knowledge on how to properly coach and manage employees if this is the result.

Customer service was on par as with most any chic-fil-a. I ordered a Asian chicken salad the chicken was cold, the lettuce had dark spots all in it some of it tasted on the edge on going rotten, and though not as important there were 4,maybe 5 mandarin oranges in the salad.
Its Chik-fil-a their prompt service is always good..their chicken anything is always good..and its always(their moto)their pleasure.It's also my daughter's favorite and probably on place to eat
The chicken is the best unlike McDonalds pink slime poop nuggets in fact Chick-fil-A is all I ate during this week because it's so good. Plus the associates are always very nice no matter which one you go to. Ps free refills.

The crew here was amazing. What appeared to be at least a 30 minute wait during lunch rush (both lines wrapped around the building with a full parking lot) was just another day. Whoever is leading this crew (and i suspect he was the guy passing out orders at the end) must be amazing. Talk about a well oiled machine. Dont ever hesitate to go there because they look busy, and of course the food was amazing thanks for the superfood salad...superb!
This Chick-Fil-A location is always really busy and is right at an intersection for a shopping center that can get really really backed up. But, during any visits I've had here I haven't had any issues, food is good, it's clean, pretty standard Chick-Fil-A but I avoid it due to the traffic issues unless I'm already here and starving.
Normally I love this place but I had my first rude employee. All I wanted was extra sauce bc I had 2 30 count nuggets.

30 minutes to get a iced tea at curbside is ridiculous. It never came and I had to call and ask for my drink. It came out and had drink all over the cup. I asked the lady for a napkin to wipe down cup and she told me NO! What In the world!? Horrible.

Took my 5 year old in, very pleasent atmosphere, very professional people helping me, they accomdiated one of my meals because my youngest only wanted 12 piece nugget meal, very friendly, will definitely go back

This place has good chicken biscuits for breakfast and sausage biscuits as well and good hashbrowns too and had a Hi-C fruit punch with that.
Terrible! 9:00 PM. Closing time is 10:00. Place was a wreck. 70 pct of dining room closed off, yet the other 30 pct was nearly full. Trash outside, food all over floor by end of cashier bar. No one at cashier's front desk. Several employees intermittently sitting in dining area taking up a table and chatting loudly with other employees behind the counter. After 20 secs, a young lady approaches, politely takes my order. Does NOT explain food delivery process...it has apparently changed since remodel. This will prove important a bit later. She asks me exactly 4 times "for here or to go?" Strange, but whatever.
I stand there waiting for a few mins while everyone who is working seems to be tending to the drive thru customers. All I ordered was a chik-fil-a combo. They usually have those out in 15-30 secs. I waited while several employees saw me and said nothing. Not until a male manager finally approached me and asked if was it "for here or to go?" Yes. That was the fifth time I was asked the same question. Bizarre. Started to feel as if they really wanted us all to go! Lol. Really.
When I told him it was for here, he said "when you're standing there I assume it is carry out because we bring the food to you." I looked at the young lady who took the order and told her she never told me the process. I had no idea. This is new (to me, anyway). I have been eating here for years! At first, she turned her back to me and began speaking with another employee sitting on the dining room. When I repeated myself, she turned around and looked at me sheepishly. The same Mgr. witnessed it, the young lady did not deny ----Neither one apologized.
To make matters worse, I sat, ate and watched for 30 mins as a wonderful young employee (non-mgr) named "Tragdon" served table after table in the most pleasant and efficient manner. He even brought them refills, condiments, etc.! I told him what happened to me, and he apologized on behalf of the store. Of course I told him it wasn't his fault! He then offered to assist me in the future and took my empty tray away. He was dedicated, a true one-of-a-kind. The rest, not so much.

The guy tried to rush me through my order... sounded young.. Kept saying "Anything else?!" after each item... as if I was moving too slow... which I was not.. I was ready with the order and $$ right away..smh

I love Chick-fil-A and I've been to a lot of them but this is not because I live close to them or the closest to me but I want to say that this is my favorite location EVER!!!! I pink one of the coolest things about this location is not only the friendliness that you get from this asked whether they be young or old but the fact that they remember you like they known you for years. I feel so welcomed coming to this location!!!! I've been known to tell other Chick-fil-A's about this location and why I love it so much when I travel. So I just wanted to THANK ALL of them for all they do because they get so busy and the reason for that, the relationship that they have with their customers, is remarkable!!!
I always order large fry with my meal and amount of fries are always skimped amount everytime I receive my meal all I ask is for a full order of fries! And also if people ask for 4 sauces give em 5! Other than that the food is always great! Y all service is fast! Fill up the fries next time!
Delighted by the hospitality they provide. It was raining and they had girls under sterdy umbrellas taking orders with a tablet at the drive thru. Love the customer service!
