There is no such thing as a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. Every location is clean, friendly and fast. Always a winner in my book.

Slowest service I have ever experienced at a chic-fil-a. Took 20 minutes to get my food after ordering and when I went to the counter to ask where my food was it was sitting on a tray off to the side forgotten. The employees were more interested in socializing with each other than attending to.the customers. The dining room was filthy and the floor so greasy it was like walking on ice. We will not be back to this particular location.

Hannah is excellent, she always gets my order right with a smile!

Chic fil a is always the same...they need to start serving other things like wings and fried chicken like 8 piece meals

I regularly order the same thing the last two orders have been incorrect. Leaving off items needed for the meal

Bad chick fil a location. Slow and forgetful. Gave me the wrong order in the drivethru and once I looked thru it noticed it was completely wrong and then they took it and gave it to another car and gave me my correct order. Gave me wrong sauces after that and then I had to go inside and then wait around because nobody came to help me at the counter. I'd give this a 0 star review if I could and I haven't even taken a bite yet.

Excellent service as usual with chick fil a, and the food was great.

Best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to its clean, very fast service, and the staff is very friendly. Going there once makes you want to come back again and again.

We were excited for the Chick fil a truck from Strongsville to come set up at Ashland balloon fest. It was very good. But afterwards husband and I both got sick. We both ordered original sandwich and fries.

Quick service , bun was way too over buttered , to the point it made the sandwich greasy. Very neat and clean restaurant

The food is good, but the way they expect their Employees to work is ridiculous. High school students should NOT be forced to work until Close (which includes clean up and means sometimes staying as late as 12am) and then get up for school at 6am the next morning!! Considering I feel it's more important my son actually graduate and NOT work here for the rest of his life, I think he will be better off elsewhere. As will our business!!

They always forget the extra fries if added on separately from a meal, and when going back in to get them, they usually skimp out on portion or overlook you.

It would have gotten a 5 but the staff got a bagel wrong 4 times in a row. The staff was nice about it, and it was eventually corrected. They did give us a card for a free biscuit for our troubles though which was nice of them. Did not expect the coupon card, but thats why chikfila is number one in America.

This one is one of the best in Virginia Beach. :) Great service and they always get my order right!

This USED to be my favorite fast-food restaurant in the area. I used to frequent this place 3-5 times each week. The service was usually good and the staff was always friendly. Unfortunately I don't go here anymore because of a few issues that have just gotten worse:
1. Can rarely get light-ice in my drink (I order through an app and I select light-ice). I hate paying for a drink that is just ice!
2. Usually missing condiments that were requested (especially ketchup). I understand you want to remain profitable, but not by shorting customers of condiments they requested.
3. No more curbside service! This was the only way I could get in and out of the lot in under 15 minutes. Drive-thru takes 20-30 minutes and carry out is a nightmare at this location!
4. Picking up large orders is always difficult. Every time I place a large order for our office I end up waiting an extra 10-15 minutes after the time scheduled to receive the order. You also have to go through the order line to receive these orders as staff just ignores you when you wait in the area they have designated! You should train staff to always ask if these people have been served.
5. When you order through the app, the staff doesn't give you a receipt. So there is no chance of randomly getting a free chicken sandwich unless you spend enough money through their app.

It's a shame, as I used to enjoy eating Chick-fil-A daily, but now I eat elsewhere.

The experience in this establishment is simply GENIALE !!!

Upon our entry, we were welcomed twice.

Being our first visitor in a Chick-fil-A, we were expecting a basic fast food service!

The cashiers are super courteous, the smile on the face, attentive, and no need to pay for extra sauces, if we can not make our choice, we are given 2 of each, free.

There are artificial flowers in vases on each table, it is friendly, with large tables for large families or large groups. The toilets are immaculately clean, with flowers on the counter basin. My husband told me that there were carpets under the urinals to put feet on!

The service is done at the tables! If there is anything missing, we are encouraged to ask our waiter, who will bring us the necessary with his biggest smile.

On several occasions, during the meal, we were asked if all was well!



Chicken sandwiches form the basis of their menu. They are tasty. As an accompaniment, we have the choice between crispy chips or waffle fries, or healthier options (fruit cup, salad, etc.) great variety of beverages too!

Without asking for anything, our cashier was thinking of bringing a big glass of ice-cream directly to our table, in case my lemonade's lemonade was not cold enough because it was "freshly made" ! The ice cubes were very useful in the heat wave, later in the day, as they were in a styrofoam glass and they remained almost intact!

For the warm service and food that is still tasty for fast food, we will return without hesitation!

Since the new owners some years took over, customer service has been rated a 0. But being the closest to me I have no choice. Ordered food this morning, was given the right receipt, wrong order. Although they have construction going on, to add to the already busy conjestion, when I went at 6:50am this morning there was 0 customers. Lack of attention to detail clearly. Not even an apology after me saying I had been tgere an hour earlier. Just rolled her eyes and went to drive thru. Had someone else bring me my food. When I was leaving their food service truck felt the need to park in the street blocking their exit. By then I had 5 cars behind me trying to leave. And also also cars in the street trying to bypass him playing chicken with other cars coming towards them. There is an additional parking lot just on the other side of the ChickFale parking lot that could have been utilized to unload. I came back an hour later to exchange my food because unfortunately could not eat what was given to me to find that SAME truck, still there blocking trafgic, cars honking people getting upset and all he was doing was throwing his hands in their air as he did this morning.

I regularly bring my family here. On Monday nights they have family night and provide entertainment, games or balloon animals. The restaurant is always clean, the food is always hot/fresh and they have great customer service. This is the best Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to.

Everyone is always so cordial and friendly. Excellent customer service.

Just don't use the potato masher to push down the garbage...

The drive thru was slammed as usual. It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot. I went inside where lobby was less busy. Placed my order. I absolutely love their dt frosted key limeade. Got my husband the 10 count monies. He gets them all the time,got my dogs nuggets and got some hash browns so I could give my bird one. Me,well, I got the egg and cheese biscuit. I'm a vegetarian so that's my go to.

Come here all the time. Its Chic Fil A. The drive thru us a complete nightmare, I constantly get served many cars behind cars I arrived in front of because of the terrible two lane system with not enough space for others to get around. There is nothing fast about this fast food place, service is very slow.

Update: things gave gotten much better lately, no idea why.

Clean restaurant, excellent food, and impeccable service.

Girls taking orders were pushy and in a rush. Had our sandwiches made wrong and didn t listen to us asking for sauces. Got to the window and asked again and got one of each sauce when we had two different meals to begin with. Third time coming to this location and having a bad experience. If it wasn t two minutes away from my house I wouldn t choose this location again
Update for another terrible experience. Sat in the drive thru for over 25 minutes when there were 4 cars in front of me. Terrible service and the fries taste like cardboard.

This is one of the few locations where I can always expect the right amount of dredge on my fried sandwiches. They are also the fastest, double win.

This place is amazing, great service, amazing staff and food but I noticed that they forget to say my pleasure sometimes but it s no big deal still delicious food 10/10. Shoutout to my friend the kitchen master in the back I think his name is Zack can t remember.

Food is hot, staff is friendly. Regularly open doors for the handicapped and frequently offer to help me out with my food when in my wheelchair. Half the reason I go is the customer service. Not a foul word to say against them

Slowest drive thru line I've ever been to at a chick fil a. And the attendant made me move my car forward to "close the gap" which left only a few inches between the car in front of me and my own car.
