This is one of the worst chick fil a drive through experiences I've had. Impatient drivers cause more back ups than anything else, the manager should have more employees outside directing traffic or move the store to a larger location so they can accommodate the large amount of guests they have. My food was cold by the time I got to my destination less than a mile away due to not being able to leave after receiving my food. I won't go back here during the busy hours.
