My best Chick-fil-A location
Even they re always busy they don t forget greeting you with warm smiles,Manager Mike is a great guy it should be so much fun to work with him.I have eaten for too many times here and never had a problem with food tasting alway fresh and hot
I wanted to share my experience today at the Chik-Fil-A off of First Colonial Road. Let me preface by saying that I ve always been a Chik-Fil-A fan. The experience and customer experience is in a different league entirely on it s own that I d argue you shouldn t even categorize it as part of the fast food business. The employees are pleasant, the quality control on making sure you have the right order is great, and the cleanliness is on par. Even the drive-thru experiences with employees outside with their tablets helping to get you through the line more quickly. But today I was really impressed. After ordering through the drive thru and pulling up to the window, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet at home. I live maybe 3 miles away so my plan was to ask if they wouldn t mind holding onto it and I d circle back or come in to the location and pick up in about 15 minutes. I asked the woman who was there at the window if I could go back home and grab my wallet since I d left it and I apologize. She said to me absolutely not-I ve got this one. I tried to tell her that it really wasn t necessary but she insisted. I didn t catch her name but I appreciate her gesture of selflessness. Chik Fil A already had my support and I didn t think my view of their franchise could be any higher....until today.
Great as always. I would expect nothing less. Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite places to eat. Always a nice feeling and visit. The building was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms we're clean. Would recommend to family and friends. Thanks Chick-fil-A.
Pretty nice Chick-fil-a; probably the best in the city and one of the best in the area. Not as crowded as other ones in the area, especially the one in Lynnhaven.
Friendly employees, clean establishment, not much wait, can't say it's quiet because we all know how packed Chick-fil-a gets.
Overall would go here if you live here because the traffic around it gets somewhat clustered at times.

Good was good but I couldn t send photos to everyone because they are busy eating and enjoying life. I wish more people were on their phones so I could send random cat photos to strangers and make their day better.
With the 30 count deal, it is the best option for most families out there! For a much healthier option!
If I could give this Chick-Fil-A eight stars, I would. The manager was friendly and engaging. The service was impeccable. I know Chick-Fil-A is just a fast food joint, but I felt like I was given an immersive dining experience, complete with tableside service and a wonderful, warm atmosphere.
Very dirty restaurant. After I took 2 bites I found weird hair inside the sandwich. I took it back Nicole knew exactly what it was. The cleaning brush hair . they do not have dignity to file a report i had to call coparate. Mike tried to brush it off. Very nesity place.do not trust.
Always good food n great service. These employees managed heavy car traffic with the precision of air traffic controllers! Great job.
I usually order the grilled chicken cool wrap from the general booth location. Great sandwich. Occasionally, I have to get lunch from the Hilltop location. The last 3 times i have order the sandwich from the Hilltop location, there is barely NO chicken and is just a handful of lettuce. So I paid $6.00 for a lettuce wrap. I would not have written this review if it only happened 1 time. But on 3 separate occasions it has been the same. Disappointed and will remember to stay away from this location.

It's tough to beat the consistency of food and service that you get with Chick-fil-A, this location is no different. In a very busy lunch rush we made it through a long takeout line in no time at all. It's not fine dining, but for the kids it doesn't get much better than this right now.

My favorite fast food restaurant. All the staff, including the manager, were very kind and polite. I actually came a few days before Easter and all the staff were wearing bunny ears, which made me crack up. Even though the lines seem to be long, they're really fast and always get my order right, even with the double drive-through.
Very busy, parking lot blocked by double drive thru. Once able to park, service quick & friendly.

Despite promises to stop supporting antigay organizations Chick fil a still is giving money to places that subject young people to gay "conversion" therapy. Good chicken cannot erase bad deeds.

Was so busy the few times I went, but food always came out quick! There's not a chick fil a up where I live so I always make it a point to stop at one but this one is one of the best ones yet!
Always a family favorite. They have the best chicken sandwich and the staff are professional. The training they receive is a step above the competition. They all should take note.
Place is always very busy when I stop by. But they managed to keep the drive thru moving along at a very good pace. Everyone is quick and helpful. Only complaint is, do you really think 1 bbq sauce is enough for 12 nuggets??? So check your bag before driving off.

I m sorry but this ChicFilA has the soggiest fries EVER! Every single time I come here which is a lot my fries are white ! This is ridiculous and I can tell they are pulling their food before the timers go off . They ve run out of chances with me .
First rate staff and ambience. Quick, timely service with a smile. Natalie brought us our food promptly, and the quality of the food is top notch. My favorite fast food restaurant and will continue to come here for years to come
I only gave 4 stars because of the wait. Certain mornings your wait can be around 20 minutes. That is a little long if you're in a rush. Awesome food and friendly crew!
I've been to this Chick-fil-A twice in the past few months while on vacation and I have been very impressed with the quality of food, staff and cleanliness. The place was very well put together, staff has always been very friendly, they get food out in a short time period, and are always very polite. The food has been great both times I have gone. I truly love coming here while on vacation for a quick, filling, and delicious bite to eat.
