Didn't go well. Took nearly 10 minutes to get thru the drive thru although there were only 3 cars in front of me. Cashier on Lane 2 was very unprofessional. I had to say hello to get someone's attention that I was waiting to order. When they came on the intercom, they were laughing and just replied, "hello". I had to tell them I wanted to order and they laughed again, then asked me what I wanted.Once I got to the drive thru window, they didn't even have my order (a frozen coffee) ready and I had to continue to wait. Totally unprofessional. I informed the manager on duty and hopefully he will address the poor customer service I received. Normally, customer service is impeccable, but the last two times I have visited the Hilltop restaurant, service has not been good. Maybe it was because it was 9:30 at night and they all just wanted to go home.
