I find it absolutely reprehensible that you fired Lexi who was so clearly very passionate about her job. Even in the video she CLEARLY demonstrated a customer first mindset by making sure that regardless of the situation the customer was still taken care of. I find it hard to believe that the leadership at this establishment has any working knowledge on how to properly coach and manage employees if this is the result.
