Im a door dash driver. This location creates lots of traffic problems. I went pick up an order for a customer. I called the store to let them know that I'm picking up a door dash order . The person asks me which curbside order slot am I in. I tell the customer service person that there are no spots available because they're so packed . The person tells me you have to be in a curbside order spot. They did not try to offer a solution, instead the customer service just kept repeating them selves. Very rude!

The renovation gave it a very positive face lift. The floor used to be very slippery but don't notice it anymore with the new tile. All the employees are very nice and get the guests their orders in record time, my order was at my table even before I had gotten my drink.
My first time at a chick filet! Tasty chicken. Their chick filet sauce is good. Waffle fries could have been a little crisper, but they were still good.
I love Chick fil a!!! I love everything about Chick fil a, untill yesterday:( I had my first spicy chicken salad in Tennessee 6 weeks ago and loved it. I was out and about yesterday and was so excited when I remembered how wonderful that salad was so I went to the drive through only just to be told they don't have them at this chick fil a, so I thought I really want that salad for lunch so I decided to go to the colonial one, I finally get to home to find VERY small amount of chicken on it and it was shredded instead of sliced chicken, I did not taste the chicken until the last two bites soo disappointed :(. I hoping that maybe it was the last of the chicken and that it is not always like this:) Please tell me it won't be like this again Chick fil a!! OH and it is a 7 dollar salad which I don't mind paying when it's worth it. Thank you Susie McNeely
So we called because our order was wrong and they put our name down to come get it redone for free ... so today we went for the remade meal . And they got it wrong again. Mind you our order was very easy . And the sauces weren t In the bag at all ?!!! Now my husband won t even eat his dinner at all and almost half his container of a medium fry was empty ? What s going on chick-fil-a???
I work just across the street from this location, so I visit often, and it's always great, but just last Wednesday, I had a brief break in my day and rushed over for some food. As my turn to order approached, I realized that in my hurry over, I forgot my purse and wouldn't have time to get it and come back. Super embarrassing, I tried to get out of line, but the wonderful women at the drive-through insisted on getting me food anyways. As a hairstylist who has been out of work for three months. I was in the middle of an overwhelming day trying to return to work under new protocol with a considerable backlog of appointments to accommodate. This small act of kindness really made my entire day. So thank you for going above and beyond!
I love Chick-fil-A but for some reason they always mess up my order. I always get a spicy chicken sandwich and ask them to add lettuce and tomato but instead they charge me extra for the deluxe and remove the cheese. So basically they charge me extra for the cheese I don't want and then don't give me the cheese they charged me for.
Its chick-fila... what more do I need to say. Major cities should study their parking lots on how to cut down on traffic. They are able to take a normal parking lot and turn it in to 3-4 lane super highway!
Chick-Fl-a is the best resturant in the world. They have great food. My favorite meal would be a Number 1 with a sweet tea. But its very good and there food be very hot and they are long lines but they are fast.
I love chick fil a and try to visit at least once a week. There is a great staff employed here. The food is wonderful and I like that they have flavored creamers for my coffee.
This chick-fil-a has the nicest staff ever!!! All the chick fil a's are so nice and kind but this one in particular is amazing. I have never had so many workers be soo helpful. I had drink carriers offered to me, the doors opened for me, my food offered to be carried to my car for me....talk about feeling like royalty in a chic-fil-a....lol ...I always have an amazing experience at this location!!!
Couldn't Believe the amount of people that was in line on the inside, as well as the two lanes they have for the drive through with an attendant walking to each car to order ahead for them so it's ready by the time they arrive at the window. This Place is AMAZING in their Service as well as their Friendliness !!
I went to Chick-fil-A this morning June 24th and got breakfast for my daughter breakfast it was really busy but they got me out reasonable time it's stairs towards the fifth floor always good and hot
Super friendly workers, delicious food, great background music, and fast workers so there is no long wait! What more could you want from a fast food place? No wonder it was also filled with dozens of customers today!!
Even though the restaurant was super busy at lunchtime, they had a crew of very friendly employees taking orders in the drive-thru line to expediate things. I ate inside. When I was finished, I wanted a refill of my soda and figured it would be impossible to do with how busy they were, but an employee in the lobby asked me if I wanted a refill and she got it for me. As we were leaving to head for our cars, one of the gentlemen taking orders in the drive-thru called to us to have a nice day. I was overwhelmed with the quality of service at a fast food restaurant. Of course, the food was great, too. No wonder they do so much business at lunchtime!
I was told by three different people, including a manager, that they no longer will make sandwiches and fries well done because they spend too many hours making them. That doesn't matter to a paying customer. If it can't be made the way the customer wants it, then it's a clear message that they don't care about the customer.
Delicious as always. If you order on the app for dine-in, they have orange table markers. Grab one and take a seat, they'll find you. First Chick-fil-A I've been to where they have that.
This ones out for DAIRA (we hope we spelled this right) for being such a team player and hard worker. I just came out of anesthesia and was finally able to eat. She was super friendly to me and my family and nice to our puppy Rosie. Shout out to all the chick fil a workers here bless!
Hilltop Marketplace Chik-Fil-A is my favorite location. I use the app on most visits and my order is always ready quickly and it's always correct. Drive thru can be quite busy during peak hours, but they have it down to a science with amazing teamwork, rarely do you wait. At times there will be a manager working outside the drive thru window helping the team keep things on track. I know my order will be correct and I'll get great service from good people. I'm a frequent diner.
Worse Case of Food Poisoning I ever Experienced!! On Thursday, Oct 19th I went through the Chick-fil-A drive thru to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to my appointment, I ordered a Breakfast Burrito meal because I knew I would not get a chance to eat later. After my appointment, I experience sharp pains shooting up my spine on the drive home. I got home and started vomiting and convulsing, I experienced the worse case of food poisoning I ever had. I had to call 911 to take me to the hospital. I was held several hours for dehydration. After I was released, I still had the Chick-Fil-A bag and its contents from that day, that's when I noticed that the Burrito wrapper had a yellow and white, sticker on it that read Tuesday, instead of Thursday! Someone gave me a two day old burrito! :-( No wonder I was sick. I felt like I was going to die on Thursday!
That mistake could have literally killed me. I still have the receipt and the Burrito Wrapper with the sticker showing this unfortunate mistake. That Burrito was the only thing I had to eat the entire day to eat, and all I got was a Sorry you're not feeling well from the Manager And We would never sell you a two day old burrito. So, Warning!! If you decide to buy at this location, make sure you check the packaging! Because they will not own up to their Mistakes, they will just write off your experience as a minor loss!! Please spread the word so this does not happen to anyone else. I've been a Chick-Fil-A patron for years, it was my favorite place to dine.
