This was a horrible experience. We ordered a huge order to fill a new office building and were left with some unopened boxes of desk drawers (not custom). I called to request to return the items and was told that there was a 50% restocking fee. This was never disclosed on the front end. I was also told that they could not talk to me any more and I had to find a dealer. I asked her "so you don't speak with your customers?" and she simply said "no".
Horrible. Flabio Offered me the job and said he'd email the benefits package, however, I never heard anything else from them. I called and emailed for update. Was told they would check and NOTHING. I turned down 2 other jobs because of them saying I'd be hired. Now my search continues
I bought nearly $5,000 worth of Cherryman 4 drawer laterals. After a few years the bottoms started falling out. Repair man pointed out a 75 lb weight limit on each drawer. I don't know how many lbs of files we put in the file cabinet. We just fill them up with files, after all, they are file cabinets. Had i known this was going go happen I would have most certainly gone with HON or Steelcase
