Really nice air Force gym. To get to the weight section you have to go out the back and I to a separate building. it's a great lifting area and is usually very clean but can be a bit smellier than usual during peak hours. Here it's all about the true Bushido way and training like a samurai! Or more modern...

It is a sports gym dedicated to military personnel in the base. In addition to various machines, there are also basketball fields, squash, martial arts fields, etc. Fully equipped shower room in locker room. There is also a sports shop that sells supplements, protein, shirts and shoes. Instructors and trainers are also on duty.

Great facility and helpful staff. The protein shop closes at weird times and it's closed on Sundays. After hours access is poor due to the limited access of the internal facilities and closure of the weight room.

This isn t a complaint just suggestions for an upgrade!

I ve been to a lot of military gyms and this might be the second worst gym. There are two buildings (main and annex). The main bldg houses the basketball court, racquet ball/volleyball court, 2 rooms of stair master/treadmills/stationary bikes, a smallish parent room and a small weight room. The second bldg houses a ninja warrior setup, a second floor fitness class room and the HAWC. There are very few free classes held warrior run, and HIIT. The parent room has very old equipment and not enough of other things to get a good work out. There is 1 approved running track for PT test. But most people run all over the base so watch out for runners.

Good gym for Japan, however parking is a problem. The overflow lot was supposed to be reopened a month ago, however now there are rumors it will never be reopened. C'mon man! The actual gym has NO AC on the BBall courts or in the crossfit gym...so dont expect those to be pleasant in the summer. Staff is excellent, especially the at the front desk!

Only issue is with the track just outside next to the parking not allowing strollers. Everything else about the gym is great, just wish I would be able to do my workout and then be able to walk around the track with my kid.

Cheap and free classes available. Clean bathrooms. Decently clean shower facilities. Aerobic rooms, weightlifting rooms, cross training annex, basketball courts, racquetball courts, spin rooms... This center has a lot of space for a lot of different movement practices.

The basketball court is 50% of the gym, 25% is cardio, 15% that bs crossfit area, and the rest actual workout equipment and free weights (of which there are never enough and the damn cable machine in the center is either always broken or being hogged up). It's my only option but that doesn't mean I still can't complain about it.
