I placed my order at 6pm and call customer service...

I placed my order at 6pm and call customer service center 7pm no body picked my call , than I called again around 8 pm and that I have not received my order yet , excuse of delay was traffic and I live in wapda town which is 10 mins drive from Dagwood. It s 8:51 pm I have not received my order. There application sucks too. This probably the worst service in pakistan.
