I ordered both uniforms and all the other extras (crop tops, shoes, etc...) from here and my experience has been horrible. If I could give no stars I would! First I called customer service to order uniforms and have a representative come out to the school to measure the girls to ensure the correct sizes. I called and left 4 voicemails on this reps phone over the course of a week. Finally after hearing nothing I called back and was given a new reps number. Again I called and left 3 voicemails but after a few days I called customer service again. They said the would email the original rep they gave me. She called me the same day. She came out and measured my girls but couldn t really answer my questions about the sizes or other products. Finally another 4 days later I get an email for order confirmation I had to sign and return. I did this along with faxing over the PO to confirm payment. The lady said they would rush the order for free but there was only a 90% chance we would receive it by the first game. The first game was last night and we had no uniforms. I ve called at least 3 times to check on the status of my order. They have told me all 3 times they would email me an update but I ve received nothing.
I have another order with all of my crop tops, shoes, spanks, bags and socks. I ordered them and recieved all my shoes, all my spanks, and all my crop tops but 1. I called customer service to see why I was missing a crop top, my socks and my bags. They said they were out of stock. So I asked them to send me a turtle neck crop top instead of a vneck. And to send me black and white socks instead of the Royal and white. I also picked a bag that was the same price and switched to that. I was assured that they had all of that in stock and it would ship that day! When I didn t receive them I called back again and was told none of it ever shipped. So I told them again what I had talked to the representative about a few days before and again I was assured they would ship that day. I called 2 days later to get a tracking number so I knew when I would receive them. AGAIN they never shipped and I had to explain the same thing to them again. I was assured again that they would ship and I would receive them on Monday. Still nothing. I have tried really hard to be flexible and work with them but at this point I am fed up and extremely frustrated.

Worst customer service experience ever. Do not or...

Worst customer service experience ever. Do not order custom cheer bows from this company. I ordered bows over 3 months ago and I am still waiting to receive them. I called several times to follow up on my order and every time they said they would call me back they never did.
My credit card got hacked through this company. I know it was them because it was the only purchase I made with that card. They give you false information. Wish I could give zero stars. Take your business else where and save yourself the headache.

This has been the most terrible, drawn out process...

This has been the most terrible, drawn out process I have ever been through with ordering online. To receive your refund takes forever. It took me over a month to get my refund back. It probably would ve took longer if I didn t keep calling. Every time I called it was a different story. It was just horrible. I will never order from here again!!

My experience started off great and I am guessing ...

My experience started off great and I am guessing that it is because they wanted my business and money. I placed an order online for my daughter first school game that was in December. I ordered 11 Nov 2017. We received the items, and it did not have the school logo on the vest. I admit (new to cheer) didn't know to order it when I placed the order. So that was my fault. I called back to place the order 12 Dec after speaking with the other cheer moms. I was told it takes 2-3 weeks to receive the lettering for the vest. I received a call from a gentleman in the returns department (who was no help). I explained the vest was small and the skirt was big. The coaches did the measurements and I ordered based on the sizes they provided. So I was asking the gentlemen what size would he suggest etc.... He told me he had no idea and that he suggest I keep what I have. I said okay, (first time cheer mom) fine, send me the items back, BUT keep the vest because I paid for the lettering to be ordered and placed. About a week or so later, I receive a call from the same guy, asking me what did I want him to do with the order. This let me know he had it sitting on his desk and had not attempted to return my order. Now it is 8 Jan and I have yet to receive the ANYTHING. I asked the customer service rep Barb to send me everything back. My daughter first competition, $300 is 10 Jan and I am most certain, she will not have the uniform in time. I am out of money. She had to sit out for the school games and functions because she has no uniform. This experience has been a nightmare from hell. So today, 8 Jan. I called back to the company to see if they will at least overnight the items to me and I will take the lettering to someone out in town and have them place it on the vest. I have spent more time and money with this company than expected. The lady Barb was nice on the phone, but that does not make up for the service. I have asked to speak with someone in over Barb to explain my issue with the company. I plan to take this further, not for the sake of money loss, but for the fact my daughter has missed out on something that was important to her. I am sure, my daughter is not the only one who has disappointed with the service provided by Cheer Zone. I hope that some higher echelon reads this post and respond because this has to stop. You're taking advantage of the parents and hurting the children in the long run.

Awesome experience!!! I ordered my clothes on Wednesday night & received them on Friday - I was extremely impressed with this. The only complaint I would have is that their website is a little frustrating, but overall, I am happy with this company & I would order from them again!

Dawn helped me last fall get my uniforms super quick! We were on the phone for two hours making sure everything was perfect. My uniforms came and were AMAZING! Quality is stellar an service was exemplary. Ordered again with Dawn this past Friday and my uniforms are already shipping! I won't go with anyone else!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered almost $5000 worth of uniforms. The quality of the uniforms is awful. The zippers broke and the items did not fit like the fit kit that was sent. Customer service is horrible. They are very disorganized and unprofessional. They do not stand by their word. I ended up wasting money and had to order uniforms elsewhere. Worst mistake ever.

I don't even want to give Cheerzone 1 star. They deserve no stars.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. They lie and don't take care of customers. My daughter placed an order in the middle of July,when the order arrived one pair was to small.
We sent them back within a day for exchange in size. When they received them (3 days later) they called and told my daughter they did not have the correct size to exchange. So she asked to be refunded for the sneakers she returned. They said that would be fine. Called a week later as we had no refund yet. Told again it would be refunded and sorry she didn't get a refund yet. This went on for over a month with the same run around. Then they told me they never received the sneakers. By this time I am furious as there has been so many calls to them on this issue. Thank God my daughter purchased through Paypal as we have filed a complaint and request for refund. I DON"T KNOW HOW A COMPANY WITH THIS EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE STILL OPERATES, TO ALL CONSUMERS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.. I REPEAT DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID.

Worst company ever. Stealing from a 12 yr old girl and preventing her from marching in her towns Christmas parade because they refuse to send her the order she paid for. Terrible-do not buy anything from them.

Before placing order...I called customer service t...

Before placing order...I called customer service to make sure the 2 products were in stock.......I was assured they were......I placed order on 8-28-17. After not hearing anything from them in 4-5 days I called again and they said part of the order was shipped to me on 9-6-17. I never received it or shipping info. Cheerzone has left me to deal with USPS to "find my package"..When I asked to cancel the other half of my order that is on BACK ORDER and refund me...they said ok...it has been a week and my refund is still "processing" Called again today...heard someone in background call me a b*tch I guess they thought the line was muted. Cheerzone blamed USPS for losing my package so I am out the product and Cheerzone blamed my bank for "not releasing my refund" so I am out the refund. I paid Cheerzone 219.98 and I do not have anything from them. No shoes and to refund of back ordered item.
