My experience started off great and I am guessing ...

My experience started off great and I am guessing that it is because they wanted my business and money. I placed an order online for my daughter first school game that was in December. I ordered 11 Nov 2017. We received the items, and it did not have the school logo on the vest. I admit (new to cheer) didn't know to order it when I placed the order. So that was my fault. I called back to place the order 12 Dec after speaking with the other cheer moms. I was told it takes 2-3 weeks to receive the lettering for the vest. I received a call from a gentleman in the returns department (who was no help). I explained the vest was small and the skirt was big. The coaches did the measurements and I ordered based on the sizes they provided. So I was asking the gentlemen what size would he suggest etc.... He told me he had no idea and that he suggest I keep what I have. I said okay, (first time cheer mom) fine, send me the items back, BUT keep the vest because I paid for the lettering to be ordered and placed. About a week or so later, I receive a call from the same guy, asking me what did I want him to do with the order. This let me know he had it sitting on his desk and had not attempted to return my order. Now it is 8 Jan and I have yet to receive the ANYTHING. I asked the customer service rep Barb to send me everything back. My daughter first competition, $300 is 10 Jan and I am most certain, she will not have the uniform in time. I am out of money. She had to sit out for the school games and functions because she has no uniform. This experience has been a nightmare from hell. So today, 8 Jan. I called back to the company to see if they will at least overnight the items to me and I will take the lettering to someone out in town and have them place it on the vest. I have spent more time and money with this company than expected. The lady Barb was nice on the phone, but that does not make up for the service. I have asked to speak with someone in over Barb to explain my issue with the company. I plan to take this further, not for the sake of money loss, but for the fact my daughter has missed out on something that was important to her. I am sure, my daughter is not the only one who has disappointed with the service provided by Cheer Zone. I hope that some higher echelon reads this post and respond because this has to stop. You're taking advantage of the parents and hurting the children in the long run.
