This was not our first trip to Cotswold Wildlife Park nor will it be our last. We always have a great day out when we go there. There is plenty of wildlife to be seen and a huge park for them to enjoy. We took a picnic so I can't comment on the food here however there is plenty of open spaces to enjoy a picnic if you bring one. It's a full day out and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Lovely place to visit with great visibility of lots of different animals. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for the train ride it would be nice for them to include one free ride with the entry price.

Always nice to visit. The gardens are absolutely perfect. Can we hire the gardener?
Not that big of a place but the animals seems to have what they need and everything looks nice.
Always worth a visit if you are in the Cotswolds!

Good value, this is one of the few Zoos that haven't hiked up their prices since reopening...spacious and reassuring if you've not been out much since lockdown...very well maintained and tidy...the only queues were for food around midday, but lots of areas in the centre to spread a picnic blanket.

Fabulous! We all absolutely loved our day out. There is so much to see, and so many animals - many of which are quite unusual! All the enclosures are spacious and really well maintained - they are clearly doing an excellent job here. Many More

Always a great place to visit with the family and glad it is open again. Sadly certain areas such as the Wolves inclosure social distancing was not being respected by many of the visitors. It shouldn't need policing more actively but perhaps this is necessary?

We always have a wonderful day here! I've been coming since I was a child and still have the best time. Booked online and saved money! Decent and reasonable coffee/snacks/food and ice cream. Most places like this will charge crazy prices so it's refreshing. We do bring picnics too sometimes. Highly recommended!

Fun for all the family. I ve recently been to the Cotswold Wildlife Park and I thought it was great. It is one of the UK s largest zoological collections. There are a lot of different animals at the zoo and the gardens are lovely. It s the perfect day out when the weather is nice. There is plenty of parking and it s not overly expensive to get in. We ate at the restaurant and the food was nice and portion sizes were big. The animals had big enclosures and seemed really happy. We went as a group of us - 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and had a great day our. There was something for everyone to enjoy.

Really nice place to visit in summer. Relaxed, spacious. Animals seem mostly calm and happy and there are a nice range of species. Enclosures seem good, large number are open with ditches as opposed to having large fences but signage and route is a little lacking. There were only two wolves but the red pandas were adorable and the small reptile and other houses were very good, although quite loud, would have liked to see this being enforced better as some of the reptiles seemed uncomfortable.

Was a lovely day despite the drizzly British weather. You can enjoy seeing the animals at your leisure and being a weekend it wasn't too busy at all. The highlights were the otters, giraffe and the naked mole rats. An enjoyable day out for all the family.

Good day out for the whole family including the dog.
Would have been 5 stars but half the kiosks were closed despite it being half term.
The queue for the main restaurant / cafe was unacceptably long so either be prepared for a long wait or take a picnic.
Thankfully it's easy to get back to the car and there are plenty of places to sit down so a picnic is a good option.

About Cotswold Wildlife Park

Cotswold Wildlife Park: A Haven for Animal Lovers

If you're an animal lover, then Cotswold Wildlife Park is the perfect destination for you. Located in Oxfordshire, England, this park is home to over 260 species of animals from all around the world. From majestic giraffes to playful lemurs, there's something here for everyone.

One of the best things about Cotswold Wildlife Park is that it's not just a place where you can see animals from afar. Instead, visitors are encouraged to get up close and personal with the animals. You can stroll around the park and get eye-to-eye with giraffes as they tower above you or watch rhinos graze on the Manor House lawns.

For those who want an even more immersive experience, there are plenty of opportunities to interact with some of the park's residents. You can walk with lemurs as they scamper through their enclosure or feed some of the smaller animals like goats and sheep.

But it's not just about getting close to the animals at Cotswold Wildlife Park - there are plenty of other activities on offer too. Kids will love riding on the train that chugs its way around part of the park or exploring one of several adventure playgrounds.

And if all that activity has worked up an appetite, there are several places where you can grab a bite to eat. The Oak Tree Restaurant serves up delicious meals made from locally sourced ingredients while The Safari Deli offers lighter bites like sandwiches and salads.

But what really sets Cotswold Wildlife Park apart is its commitment to conservation and education. The park works closely with several conservation organizations both in England and abroad to help protect endangered species and their habitats.

Visitors can learn more about these efforts by attending one of several daily talks given by knowledgeable staff members or by visiting one of several exhibits dedicated to conservation issues.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a fun day out that also supports important conservation efforts, then look no further than Cotswold Wildlife Park. With so much on offer - from getting up close with exotic animals to learning about important environmental issues - this is a destination that truly has something for everyone!
