The hotel itself is nice and clean and offers general conveniences such as a pool and onsite restaurant and bar, however there are some "conveniences" that are not required and are down right insulting. The hotel provides free porn on one of their channels later in the evening. And it is def porn made for men. It's 2016 and that should mean women being objectified should be less common, not available as a commodity provided when you stay at a hotel. Very insulting to say the least.

Jean was an amazing manager to work with. We had asked for a balcony and we went up to our room and went back down and asked for a room with the city view. He hooked us up. Alot of people talk down about the older building. But lived up to our standards on being clean and very friendly and very well maintained. By far a place I would recommend. There is so much to do just at the resort alone.
I would have to side with most of the bad reviews here. I'm actually staying at the harbor side as I write this. The paying for parking is.... Well STUPID HONESTLY and everything closes at 10 pm. Food at restaurant is good but wholly overpriced. Grout in showers and bathroom floor is dirty, room is small just really not worth the money. I also find it amusing that every bad review on here had the same response from management. It's a generated reply which says alot about management. If they cared each response would be a personal one. Place looks great in the pictures and had alot of potential but they just don't seem to get it I guess. To the management staff please don't answer this review with your cut and paste reply. If you'd really like to talk about my experience take the time to reply in person because honestly it seems like you take the entire place that way it's running on autopilot. Oh I saw a review on here about the wasp nest. I'll take pictures of them tomorrow. It's A HUGE PROBLEM there are quite a few and most are the size of my hand or bigger so yes big nests. Upon looking around I just went for a walk just on my floor and I'm posting a few pics. Yes all of it may seem minor but it's also very minor to repair and would go a very long way to making this place the caliber they advertise it as. I can't imagine if I actually took the time to walk the entire place. Ohh boy just looked in the bathroom a little closer I found black mold posting pictures now. Honestly I'll have to say STAY CLEAR of this place.
Nice place, great view and it's very quiet when you're sleeping. I give it 4 stars and not 5 because coffee is the only thing they offer complimentary. They seem to be more about being in your pockets with all these "fees" and to not offer not even a danish. Not sure I would stay there again
