Great showroom and fabulous friendly service . This place has very good quality furniture.

We bought a table from here this year, the sales person was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and efficient when I placed the order. There was a delay as a result of COVID as the peice was being imported from Italy but the communiation was solid. When it did arrive the sales person (Ali) went above and beyond to get it to me. I geneuinely beleive he cares about his customer and their satification, what an asset. Anyway, a very positive experience, all of the above makes me want to use them again.

Absolutely brilliant service. Very helpful and friendly staff who don't judge you at all like some other similar stores do. Items delivered on time and installed and set up without any issues whatsoever - highly recommended.

I have placed two furniture orders with Chaplins and in both instances the process has been very smooth and they have provided very good communication throughout, despite all the current challenges we face with COVID. And of course the furniture was of very high quality. I would highly recommend Chaplins.

Awful. Just called them for one of their high end products- spoke to a French sounding 'Stephanie'- she sounded abrupt and very commercial rather than friendly and professional as others do who stock these kind of products. Personally I think her style would suit a fake handbag site in China..sorry but just being frank which maybe she can appreciate. It put me off Chaplins- a shame as I need to furnish a 4 bedroom house.

Beautiful furniture shop and GREAT customer service!

Chaplains is a very respectable and luxurious furniture store in Hatch End. A lot of ideas for the home and very very creative pieces they have. Found this red chair and ball chair. Staff are really friendly too. Store can get quite busy. There is parking available behind the store. Good choice of tables, mirrors, beds and lights.

Over the last few years we've bought several items at Chaplins in their Hatch End branch. Every single time we are there, it is great customer service. Even if you come in browsing around, for the tenth time (sorry! ;-) From the team in the showroom to the guys who deliver the items: we could not flaw them in any way. Hartelijk dank!

Love the furniture in this place. Expensive stuff though, like Eames chairs and what could be future classics. Some are just posy, but just like art. Even if you can't afford the furniture, go in there for ideas if you are looking for furniture.

I've just received my Webby Daybed and I'm thrilled with it. This was not a straight forward purchase as I couldn't get to the showroom to look at samples, Stephanie provided everything I needed to make my decision and I couldn't be happier with the result - I'd like to say a big thank you to Stephanie for all her help and advice, 5 customer service.
