i have take up the tour to 7D5N Fabulous Hokkaido ...

i have take up the tour to 7D5N Fabulous Hokkaido on 4 Dec to 10 Dec 16.
on negative side is that we were stuck at the transit Airport Haneda for 2 hour is because our name list is not in their computer system. and the guide who is supposed to assist us never come across this situation and after further instruction given by their company we were lead to another airport with all our luggage to the bus to direct check in.

Finally we got to meet our tour leader Ms Lim Shao Jun. Here we start our tour trip. Can sense that she is a very warm , experience tour leader and playful.

on the second day, my wife fall sick with sore throat and fever and without asking Ms Shao Jun is able to identified my wife problem and given her the medicine. she was like a doctor. true enough my wife able to enjoyed the trip till the end. Ms Shao Jun not only warm my heart also everytime will check in to the hotel ,she never fails to go round checking our room asking if there not defects to highlight . Compare to two years ago i book chan brothers 6D5N Japan Scenic Delight @ tour guide DON HU . supposed to be a guided tour but we walk all by ourselves and just inform us the time and meeting point. i have make a complaint after that but all i received from chan brothers is a SORRY.

Having said that, the rest of the days with Ms Shao Jun was enjoyable and happy. she always bought fruits and tibits for us to try . Except the family of 5 in our group is not a team players , they all very selfish and demanding since day 1.

At the end of our trip, our transit flight are cancelled due to heavy snow. we all stuck at the airport not knowing what to do ? As most of the leader will just leave their tour group as it is no longer their duty to serve us.

Instead Ms Shao Jun keep us together and bring all 19 of us to her hotel to gather and trying to solve our problem. And she managed to call back the coach bus which already reach his company but willingly to turn back for us. on top of that Ms Shao Jun search hotel for us, at least we are not sleeping at the airport, very grateful to her as she has not left us unattended. Ms Shao Jun managed to get us 2 x night resting in the hotel and coach service fully paid by her company. we just paid for our food. Ms Shao Jun accompany throughout the 2 nights till we managed to catch a flight back on the 13 Dec 16

This time round CHAN BROTHERS has my confident back.

A great job by Ms Lim Shao Jun, thumbs up and 5 star for her. we need more tour guided like her.

I heard that Zeng Brothers travel agency seemed very famous before, so I wanted my daughter to join their tour group. But when the phone was connected, a woman's attitude was very poor and impatient, and the perfunctory tone and indifferent attitude made people feel reluctant. It's terrible !!! Operators are like this, will the actual action be okay?

I am writing this to share my bad experience with ...

I am writing this to share my bad experience with this agency for the others to be more extra careful and not be sorry.

I had booked a package tour last last month in Taipei, Taiwan. I should say this is expensive compared to what we've got. Sometimes, paying extra is not an issue if the service and package is good especially if you hear Chan Brothers which is a reputable and trusted company as what the others have commented. Well, maybe for the others who have good experience to be fair. But this is not true in most cases and unfortunately I belong to the unlucky ones. We booked hotel to and fro and 2 days 10 hours use of vehicles with set itineraries.

1. When we arrived in Taipei- at the aiport as someone is fetching us to send us to the hotel, the person was not around yet which is supposed to be earlier than us and waited for 20 minutes. Need to call the contact to inform them.

2. One day of the package that we have book is such a waste. We only had one good place to see. The driver was not able to suggest any good places to see and did not even bother to check in his office for suggestion. Granting that he is a driver but at least he could have asked. When we decided to just follow the itinerary, he said it is out of way already! But my goodness it was only 1:00pm that time and only took him not even1.5 hour drive from the last place we went. He just said we have another good place to see along the way going to the hotel, but SERIOUSLY is just a villa, wherein you can buy vegetables, fruits, souvenirs and sandwich!!! In short, this day is a waste. Well, to be fair on the 2nd day vehicle is maximized as i know the driver felt I was very disappointed the other day, he can see from my face. Sad I cant speak Chinese that I was''nt able to tell him.

When we came back in Singapore, I wrote in complaint. In the end it was handled by Manager There were exchange of emails and calls..and to cut the story short, I am not satisfied with how the Manager have managed my case. He is siding their local counterpart not believing my side of story though I requested to arrange video conferencing among all parties for him to weigh things but declined. Further, there were inconsistencies with his statements during the past calls with me. How did you arrive with the conclusion no itinerary? And your staff was aware? You did not communicate? No system? Nice words to hear from the Manager "he is helping me and not the local counterpart". Really? In what sense by refusing to hear all sides just to close the case?

Things would have been better if my trusted agency were able to hear me to lessen the disappointments. Let's have fair business deal. Definitely, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Have been on a couple of tours with Chan Brothers. Service from the tour leaders and tour guides are always top-notch: attentive to customer's needs and plenty of dedication in their work.
Will continue to travel with them for superb quality, value and service.

This lady Zee Ling gave me a quotation and the price is way way higher than the prices reflect on their website or any other website. BEWARE! if you don't bother to check beforehand, they will just take advantage of you. They are being inconsistent with their prices.

Not recommended for those who plan for Free and Easy. Talk to 1 agent, she didn't come back after a month, talk to another agent, she also didn't come back with the itinerary. Just wasted my time, they just didn't care.

Thanks Chan bro for an unforgettable experience. I must say this is not my first time traveling to Korea with tour agencies, but this shall be my last with Chan bro. As Chan bro travels hides negative feedback on their facebook page, hence attached photos snapshot instead.

The tour started when we arrive in Korea with a black face tour guide. I guess the hour flight delay took a toll on her. Immediately we were ushered to coach bus to take a train to Busan. It was our first day there, so we were focus on getting to Busan and start our tour. It dawned on us that this was a journey where we go from point A to point B and moving on. There was no commentary on the history of the location, what we were looking at or if the building of was any monumental value. This went on from Busan all the way to Seoul till the last day before free and easy in Seoul.

The tour should start with a stroll (visit) to HNM Park as what was mentioned in itinerary, but we were ushered to take a cruise. We were asked to meet at lobby at 730am but were 10mins late. Our group consist of 2 elderly, 1 infant, 2 toddlers and a 10-year-old kid. Due to the being late, we were told we could not board the 940am cruise and waited more than one hour in the bus next to ferry as we were told there s nothing around here not even a cafe. Throughout the cruise and visit on the individual islands it was not guided, the tour guide merely waited on the ferry point and let us free and easy on the island. After lunch we were supposed to learn about Korean film industry at BIFF square again free and easy.

On the fourth day we felt this whole trip is more like a free and easy tour as we went from one site to the other without a guide. It felt more like a co-ordinated tour where we were ushered from one place to the other and told you got one hour here and come back here. We envy those with tour guide as we tried to listen to them share what were these hill mounds and weird chimney were. We told them we here free and easy no tour guide. Hill mound were tombs and chimney were a meteorological device used in Joseon era to predict weather after googling and hearsay. On the sixth day one of our group members got lost as we walked on our own "as usual", up some old wooden houses (I don t know where we or what historical place this holds anymore). They were told to take a taxi to our next destination, it was lucky that the driver immediate recognize they were at the next street from the pictures sent to her via whatsapp.

In the end we consoled ourselves as we were private tour of 12 members so not many good tour guides will take our tour group even though we are paying higher due to non-designated dates, diff by a day. If you are non-pork eater, please be prepared to be vegan at a BBQ joint. We don t mind paying extra for chicken or beef but were not given or offered a choice. Moving of luggage were largely on our own up down the coach, no photographer and driver in Seoul gave the standard level of service but nothing more. Sadly, tipping is compulsory, given a choice I rather tip the Seoul driver for finding Nemo.

I strongly encourage others on considering smaller tour agencies if you are looking at small groups. At the very least they provide service. By the way coach buses don t equip with any umbrella please bring your own if it rains, just run through the garden towards the pavilions and continue march on.

Just back from taiwan 8 days trip... Good price with nice hotels and food was good also... The tour guide( xiao du ) is professional she take care each and everyone, the journey from one location to another was long but she will tell us story and personal experience and make everyone laugh. Going with a tour important is the price , itinerary , with good tour guide and nice food .. Thumb up Chan Brothers .

For the first time, I participated in a tour group...

For the first time, I participated in a tour group organized by the Brothers.
Just ended October 30th - November 10th in Spain and Portugal for 12 days and 10 nights.
Accommodation and meals are very good. The drivers are friendly and the guides of the various attractions are very carefully explained for everyone.
It is particularly worth mentioning that our team leader Jeffong66 is responsible for the work, telling everyone the outdoor temperature every day, reminding you to keep warm, often reminding everyone to pay attention to safety and optimistic about their own items.
He is passionate about his work, friendly and kind, caring for us, sometimes speaking in bilingual, and organizing some riddles and singing activities in the journey.
What surprised me was that he celebrated birthdays for me and another group member, and also gave a gift! Very warm
Because of him, we are very happy and very satisfied with this journey, thank you. I hope I can still play with him.

We had a wonderful and enjoyable holiday,
with local tour guide (Randy, ), he is very experienced, able to make good plans to let all of us to enjoy the trip. Hope to see him keep up the enthusiasm with his work as a tour guide to replicate this experience for others as well.

The Chan Brother tour leader (Doreen) had also done a good job in assisting Randy.

We've been traveling for personal and work for several times a year, Japan, Taiwan and some Europe countries are like second homes to us, thus we want to explore other places through package tours.

Purposely made a trip to the travel fair at Suntec City, with the plan to book a trip for ourselves on the same day, then get more package informations for our next family trip and return again with the family to book the second one.

Once when we stepped into the place, we were approached by a very unfriendly sales person who gave no greetings but a cold black face. My first thought was are we going to spend 5 digits for this type of service attitude?

We ain't like the elderly, who will normally only know if they want to go to X country for Y number of days, they'll just book without looking at the itinerary. Moreover, we've visited many places before, this time we don't want to repeat again. We thought of to check out the packages for both trips first, then ask all questions together when we move over to the counter to make our first booking. Simple!

Unfortunately the above mentioned sales person refused our request to let us browse first, nor asked what kind of tour we would like to have. She didn't at least notice we were looking at Europe countries, all she did was to stand there saying "Go Taiwan, many people went before ", "I recommend Japan, very nice".

We really couldn't stand the rude and unprofessional service, and decided to move to another corner to get rid of her and approach someone friendlier later. Just as we were about to do so, the impatient lady walked away without even saying anything to excuse herself.

Sorry, our endurance for the below average service was up! We decided to travel with another agency. Just as we walked out we overheard another couple also commenting some of the sales persons at the fair were very pushy and unfriendly.

We went to Chinatown right after it, happily booked and going to travel with your competitor, and I'm very satisfied with their customer service. We will definitely go back to them again on this weekend to book the other one.

28/9 - 4/10, our family of four participated in th...

28/9 - 4/10, our family of four participated in the 7-day tour of the former brothers of Korea. We had a great time in the first 5 days. Our tour guide was MR UNO. His voice was loud and humorous. The team leader was very experienced and the whole schedule was well organized. We all had a good time.

However, on the fifth day, my eldest daughter has been suffering from stomach ache and diarrhea. We asked for hospital treatment. After the tour guide contacted the company, in order not to affect the team, the company arranged for MR BryanLiuChihHsun to come to the hotel to help me and my daughter go to the local hospital for examination. ! After a round of laboratory diagnosis, it was found that it was acute gastroenteritis. After the dispensing of the drug, we went back to the hotel to rest. It took 4-5 hours for mrBryan to assist us in the day. Without him to translate, we couldn't communicate with the medical staff at all. My daughter was so painful to walk, and Bryan was very close to finding a wheelchair.

Unfortunately, the next day, my daughter's enteritis did not improve, my stomach was still very painful, and the diarrhea kept going. I was forced to ask for hospitalization again. The tour guide contacted the company. The second person to assist us is Mr Jason Lee. He is very empathetic. He travels from one department to another to go through the formalities and assist in requesting English translation of medical statements. After a few hours of tossing, Jason successfully sent us to the airport to return to the military.

The three Korean tour guides who helped us have left a deep impression on my daughter. They can all take a standard Chinese language, and they are very modest and courteous, and give us assistance carefully, except for the loyal thanks to both of them. We are our translation masters. Of course, the most important thing is our guide, Mr Uno. He constantly comforts us to give us confidence and peace of mind. He has always kept in touch with my colleagues who helped us, so that my husband can Learn about our situation for a while.

Here, our family sincerely thanked the three Korean tour guides of the Zengzi Brothers Tour Group for their help, and also thanked the other group members for their greetings, especially the big sister of Xin, Miss Jennifer, handsome Jason, and of course Good memories of other group friends!

I booked 3 tickets for a trip to Japan. My girl cannot go because she has school commitments. So Chan brothers confiscated her $500 deposit. My hubby felt that he has to stay behind as my daughter is only 15 years and cannot be left alone at home on her own. I found a replacement for my hubby. But Chan Brothers wants us to pay an additional $1,395 for hubby's cancellation on top of confiscating his $500 deposit.

Anyone of u dare to place deposit with Chan Brothers now? U will only know how reliable a company is when things do not go as expected. In life, we cannot always assume things will go as planned. So PLS BEWARE before u put your deposit with Chan Brothers...

Very poor in their communication. I reached out to them with a basic request of booking a Cruise through their website as well as their helpline number (where I was asked to leave my number so that they can get back to me). They took more than 48 hours to even get back with their basic questions on email and its more than 72 hours that i have not received a call. During this time I reached out to other agent and I was done with my booking in less than 6 hours. Very unprofessional and slow response.

My sister & I took the "7 DAYS ALLURE OF DUBAI & ABU DHABI WITH OLI 96.8FM DJs RAVI G & RANJANIY".
In the past, we have travelled to Europe & US with other tour companies & the trips were good.
This was our first trip to Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
This was also our first holiday package with Chan Brothers & we were not disappointed.
Tour guides Mae & Zahid worked well as a team in discharging their responsibilities. They were knowledgeable, humorous & caring.
DJs - Ravi & Ranjaniy were entertaining & caring too.
We thoroughly enjoyed all the highlights of the itinerary because they were not repetitive but varied. There was entertainment (Burj Khalifa, Aqurium, Cruise & D&D), cultural (mosque, museum, global village & city tour), adventure (desert, ski park, Ferrari theme park) & relaxation (shopping). So there was something new to experience each day.
Accomodation/transportation was good.
We are vegetarians. We were served with different cultural vegetarian dishes - Japanese, Korean, Turkish etc. Our meals were well taken care of.
Overall it was a very enjoyable and fantastic trip. Thanks to all.

Pretty helpful. The package is a bit expensive, but if I am lazy to plan, I Guess that is the price I need to pay. It will be nice if the specialist could explain in detail, such as pick up point in the holiday destination. Was cheated by the 2nd party tour agency. Anyway, it s not the Chan brothers tour fault. Overall, I will book from them again if I am too lazy to do so. But, probably not that 2nd party tour group again, which is really unpleasant for me and my family.

Too pricy. Customer service is cuthroat, demotivated, plastic and never willing to provide any discounts. Not realistic in this digital era where literally every aspect of a trip can be customized for a fraction of what these travel agents offer. Would rather spend time and effort researching itineraries and travelogues online which would be far more rewarding and economical as well.

Just got back from Taiwan 8 days trip. We had tons of happy and enjoyable memories. A good part of the experience has to do with the Taiwan tour guide Hennie Yu. She is very helpful and caring; who always have everyone's well-being and needs as her top priority. She is also an extremely knowlegeable guide, with a seemingly endless store of interesting local knowledge. We hope to keep in touch with her. Thanks Hennie.

I've only had good experiences with the staff at Chan Brothers. I'm a newbie when it comes to booking a tour but I'm currently planning to book a surprise Europe holiday for my parents. Even though I had a thousand questions and was very uncertain, the staff was very patient and made sure to run through everything in detail, offering plenty of suggestions and so on. Will keep their recommendations in mind and come down for the next Chan Brothers fair to make a booking (and also take advantage of all the giveaways and discounts available)!

First timer with Chan Brothers and had very relaxed and enjoyable holiday. Tour guide is very experienced with the region and able to make good plans to allow all of us to fully enjoy the itinerary, without the rush feeling as compared to some other travel companies. Sufficient time to enjoy the scenery and take plenty of photos. Looking forward to next trip again with Chan Brothers!

I must say that Chan Brothers after sales service ...

I must say that Chan Brothers after sales service is poor and its staff unhelpful. This is my experience to substantiate why. Before my booking everyone at Chan Brothers seemed to be so friendly and helpful to all our enquiries. However, after booking a tour to the LAPLANDS , I wanted to find out if the tour w as proceeding as I and my husband needed to buy our winter wear. When I called up the agency I was informed that we will only be informed me 2 weeks before the departure date. I was informed to "refer to the terms and conditions." Therefore I had no choice but to wait. Immediately upon our return from another tour on 4 Jan 17, I again call up and made an enquiry and was told that the tour has indeed being cancelled. When I enquired when my deposit money will be returned to me I was informed that it would take about 4 to 6 wks. So I waited until past the 6 wks as I was very sure that the agency would exploit the time period to the fullest, I again called up on the 27 Feb to enquire. This time I was informed that the date taken for calculation was 17 feb (the date of tour departure) and not 4 Jan (the day I was officially informed that tour was cancelled and 2 wks before departure). However, whatever date is taken for calculation, the date today is 1 Mar 17 and this is already past the 4 to 6 wks time limit and I am still waiting for the return of my deposit and I am wondering how long I would have to wait. To me the test of how good and reliable an agency is, is when things go wrong like in this case and not when everything is going well. This is a very bitter experience for us. We have encounter such situations before but our deposits have always been returned to us promptly.

I have the same feeling. Maybe I speak Chinese. I am also a girl with a cold attitude. I answered the phone at around 1:05 on June 6, 2018. Fortunately, the weather is very hot and I feel shivering. May I ask the owner of Zeng Brothers Travel Agency , Should Chinese-speaking customers join your group without paying back or paying less? Many customers have reported that your employees have such a service attitude, don't you need to manage it? Know that the competition is fierce now, don't promote well, and because some small details affect the reputation and reputation of your company for many years!

I must congratulate Chan Brothers to have such dedicated tour leader like Edmund Wong, who has served the company loyally for more than 28 years and handling the Europe market.

With experience, naturally comes maturity and confidence in handling our tour itinerary.

Simple things like seat allocation was firmly settled by his clear instruction and explanation. Some places were closed due to activities organised by local government or strikes. But Edmund was able to make us understand and make alternative routes and times to visit the location on another day.

The biggest test of his capability was when we entered a restaurant for dinner. The lady boss was bewildered and started to shout and nagged that there was no reservation done for our group and started to insist cash for payment. All the while our whole group was standing looking lost.

Edmund asked the important questions: Can you cook for the dinner now? I can pay you cash. We can discuss other things later. This quieten the boss immediately and all of us were seated and within 15 minutes, piping hot dinner was served.

With his leadership, all our members are 100% happy and followed him for all the side trips, which makes it more enjoyable for our group and easier for him to organise the trips.

This review cannot truly encompass all the good acts, professionalism, responsibility and dedication of Edmund towards our group, but I must say me and my wife including the whole group felt at ease and thoroughly enjoyed the trip and we look forward to more trips with Chan Brothers.

We signed up for the tour package (5D4N KANCHANABU...

We signed up for the tour package (5D4N KANCHANABURI + BANGKOK FAMILY FANTASY) after seeing Chen LiPing on the celebrity tour with Chan Brothers.

I am very disappointment and upset with on condition of the accommodations arranged by Chan brother for our trip.

We have been arranged to stay in River Kwai Resotel (jungle chalet which cost <S$60 from agoda website) for first 2 nights. We are fine with the old and shabby unit. However, we found 2 mid-size cockroaches and a patch of stain blood on the toilet wall. Also seems that aircon in that unit lack of proper cleaning maintenance; when switched on, there will be some black dust blowing out. Didn t take pictures of all these, seriously regret!!

On the last night of our stay, we have been arranged to stay in Grand Diamond Suite hotel. The condition of the room is again disappointing!! The unit floor carpet, toilet floor and chairs are stained and dirty!! The furniture are old and shabby again.

Prior to sign up on this tour package, the tour itinerary state that the hotel will be Centara Watergate Pavillion or similar . Is Grand Diamond Suite Hotel a 4-star hotel with this kind of cleanliness standard? Seriously feel cheated with all these....
