We are a long-term loyal customer of Zeng Brothers Travel Agency. Your company has carefully planned the itinerary and service. We are very satisfied. Recently, we enrolled in the tour group from Hokkaido from June 2nd to June 8th. In the team leader Johnny Lim Under the guidance of the local tour guide Don, I have had a pleasant holiday. Don s performance is great. He speaks fluent Chinese. Humorous, thoughtful service. People are very satisfied and satisfied. I hope to return next time. I have the opportunity to bring him to the group, Johnny, and to be a good old man. He can also bring a group to go abroad at this age. It s really admirable to the five bodies and also let us leave good memories. Thank you.

I've been using Chan brothers for more than 20 years as a Long haul travel as everyone recommends it.

Although the activities were superior compared to others, the hotel we stayed in is really bad and the conditions we eat was horrible like fast foods for lunch? Really? I was hoping something like a 5-star restaurant since we paid so much money on this trip

Very busy on a Saturday but the agent handling our booking was very professional and was very helpful. Overall a great experience at Chan HQ

Package tour prices are slightly more expensive than similar package tours at other tour agencies but the quality and attention to detail are better. I took the guided tour to Korea and everything went smoothly. Food and accommodation were good.

Very disappointed with the sales persons & company policy. No call & no apologies for cancel tour package to Australia even I had paid for deposit. Asked for further assistance for a shorter route trip, Sales person said he cannot help & I have to call up myself.

Best travel agency with this kind of service?

First of all, when a customer replies your email to say that they had not received the attachment, perchance it might not be a bad idea or that much of a hassle to just straight away re-forward the attachments, which takes all of just a few seconds?

Secondly, maybe you guys can consider educating your travel advisors on language and sensitivity? You cannot but agree that her terse and seemingly impatient reply sounds condescending right? And all that just for a simple enquiry about not receiving the boarding pass attachments for the cruise. It may seem as a surprise to you, but words and phrasing and even punctuation do matter when dealing with customers.

And lastly, it might come off as a shock to you or the travel advisor, but some people do know how to double check their emails for attachments before approaching you, the service provider about the attachments being missing.

Contrary to popular belief by people in the service industry, I was not even trying to be rude or funny by replying "Hi, there is no attachment". It was just a matter of fact, and to have that kind of reply by the travel advisor is just plainly off-putting, condescending and trying to paint me as just another stupid, angry and demanding customer.

And yet till now, I have yet to receive any email attachments nor follow ups, so way to go Chan Brothers!

Never trust what they say or promise cause they never fulfill it.
I book a package tour few months back pay around 2k and I tell the sales person why other agent change about 20% less for the same things.
They say we are Chan Brothers don t compare we provide better hotel better food and better tours and better transport etc. but all not truth.
When we arrive then I realize the other couple with me with the same Airline pay about 20% less then me. Throughout the whole tours we stay at same hotel eat the same food share the same small Van of course same tours.
On the last day the other couple go back late and we go back early freight which usually cost cheaper.
When rerun back we complain to the manager and ask for a resonable refund but was rejected.
Very disappointed with this company. Never go back or Recommand anyone.

This is the company that Chan Brothers use and this is their branded bus. We stopped behind them and their driver was doing this, without any shame. Company is KUTI and they are one of the worst in Europe. You get this level of service and you pay a lot for what? Still using the same hotels as lower paying agencies drom Singapore. I travel a lot but CB is really not worth the money or hype.

Our journey to Taiwan from 11th December to 18th December from chan brothers plan, this 8 days tour is quite fun. Our tour guide (singapore) Mr Laixin is a very helpful n caring person, and tour guide (Taiwan) Miss Hennie is a good guide too..

Poor service. Said that they will send us flight confirmation details as soon as possible only for us to receive the day before the flight. Look how far Chan Brothers have fallen

You'd think that by going through Chan Brothers, you'd get a lot of help with all aspects of your trip including dealing with problems. In reality, all they do is handle the booking for you and when it comes to cancellations, you're left at the mercy of how hard your consultant wants to work for you to get your money back (see: not working at all). You're better off just booking everything yourself and paying the 5% extra perhaps than going through them so at least you don't have to be at the mercy of lazy consultants when it comes to dealing with problems.

End up listening to "The M1 number you are calling is not in service". How could i trust in an organisation which is I'm unable to reach on a call?

Booked a tour package to Turkey during a travel fair at Suntec City. Claimed by one of the agents that the booked package was on SQ flight (not Turkish Airlines) which is more expensive (was told). In addition, was told that the first 10 who booked was given an 'early flight discounted price'.
About two weeks prior to departure date, received a call from representative that there are only eight bookings and there will not be any local tour guide to follow us (which is fine to us). After a few days, recevied a message that 'package is cancelled and will not be materialised'. Was offered another similar tour package on 24 May 2019 (the previous cancelled package is schedule to be on 19 May 2019). This time, the new package is on Turkish Airlines. In addition, there will be extra charge.
Seems to me that the agency can cancel the booking as they like. Any alternative package offer should be on PAR value to the previous offer. We think it is high time to seek other alternative agencies. They are just too complacent.

Worst experience ever I don't recommend this agency to any expats.
We signed up for croatia package at suntec travel fair and ends up being cancelled due to lack of ppl which is understandable. The things that upset us was that we need to contact them multiple times (a total of 8 using whatsup/call) just to correct our passport number/date of birth which their agent took wrongly from the start. It took more than a month for them to correct.
Moreover, the agent in charge is leaving the company so no one has informed us on the possible cancellation until we reached out to them. In the end we are planning trips by ourselves bz it's hard to change our leave at work, which is just next week.
They are only nice to you when you pay. After that it seems they don't care. Pls watch out this agency.

Customer service need to improve. Otherwise, we wouldn't come back next time.

We went to NZ with Chan brothers from 10 to 20 December 2019 and had a most incompetent tour leader. The leader Genevieve did not bring us to Fox Glacier because of the recent road closure. That we can accept but she also deleted the trips to Westland Tai Poutini National Park, Lake Wanaka and Lake Hawea, all of which are the features formed by glaciers and are the main features of the 11 Day NZ Alpine Beauty tour.

On the second last day, we had lunch by 2 pm and had to take dinner at 5pm. There was no attempt to discuss with the group whether the timing was acceptable. We got hungry again at 11 pm.

The itinerary included a stop at Cromwell fruit orchard. Instead Genevieve told us not to buy fruit at Cromwell but she knows the Mrs Jones fruit shop that offers good pricing. We bought a kg of cherries at $25, only to find on our return that Cold Storage offers a kg of cherries at $15.50.

Communication was bad. Genevieve did not send an email to every member in the group before the trip, like other tour leaders. She spoke broken English, and was confusing. Never once did she tell us of the uniqueness of the tourist sites. Instead, the coach drivers were the knowledgeable ones, telling us about the culture, people, history and geography. The driver also stopped at a small wooden church, the first in New Zealand, which Genevieve seemed unaware of.

Genevieve also openly blamed a family with a baby for taking a second round of Luge ride, thus coming back to the bus late, but smiled sweetly when they appeared. She did the same to a family of six, and a group of five girls, complaining about them behind their back. This is most unprofessional.

The only good things were the hotels and the natural beauty of New Zealand.

We booked this tour after a most fulfilling one led by Richard Lim Chye Heng to Eastern Europe.

Friendly, helpful and experienced travel advisors and managers. Make you feel at home when making tour bookings in the office and feel safe during tours.

The tour manager Phillip Tan who lead us on our Europe trip is very knowledgeable and taken very good care of us. We do not have to worry much with him around.

Horrendous Terrible service.
They booked with the airlines giving the wrong dates and my name also spelled wrongly. The consultant was Natascha Morbitzer. Expect us to pay within three days but they take ages with unacceptable mistakes to give you the e ticket.

I am late on giving them a review. Will always go to Chan brother for travelling advise and they are all knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for your help and we enjoyed our trip last year to Korea.

Service Staff is excellent. Friendly with bright welcoming smiles and provided useful advice for my specific needs.
When their in house package tours couldn't meet my needs, they readily recommended free and easy alternatives with international tour agencies.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I went on a sunday and there was a crowd building up when we were at the counters asking about the holidays available. They did not rush us and was very patient with me and my partner. We were very happy with the service there. Thus we bought a package tour with them. Highly recommended especially for Europe tours!!

Salesman did not highlight to customer about applying for VISA! Until last minute only call up and created so much panic for my family! Furious!

We just returned from our Inner Mongolia tour from 6-13 Jun 2018. We wish to thanks Ms Priscilla Chen from Private tour department for arranging our tour, she is very responsive and patient. She was on call 24 hours and even told me that we can contact her immediately during our tour should we face any problem. I truly appreciate her kind understanding and willingness to help and assist us throughout our tour.

The tour was wonderful, I went with a young child & my elderly father. We were very well taken care of throughout the whole trip in Inner Mongolia. Also we wish to specially thanks to our dear tour guide Ms. she was very patient and dedicated, and went the extra mile in taking care of my father & daughter. Ms. was very experienced and told us so much about her country s history, culture and it s people. It was a very good experience for all of us.
