Too pricy. Customer service is cuthroat, demotivated, plastic and never willing to provide any discounts. Not realistic in this digital era where literally every aspect of a trip can be customized for a fraction of what these travel agents offer. Would rather spend time and effort researching itineraries and travelogues online which would be far more rewarding and economical as well.
