Honorable Courts do justice to the general category

Honourable Lordships,

As an ordinary Hindu, I am overwhelmed by the love and affection shown by you to us lowly Hindu mortals.

I fully understand that banning sale of crackers is the only way to tackle the horrendous air pollution levels in Delhi. So what if all reports point at causes like stubble burning in nearby Haryana and UP, industry emissions, emissions from coal-fired power plants, construction dust and vehicular emissions as the chief causes of air pollution?

The ONLY true way to control air pollution in Delhi is to stop 8 year old kids celebrating Diwali with sparklers. You are absolutely right.We stand to learn a lesson for not contributing our bit to society.

I am writing to you, because I realise that as a Hindu, my whole existence is causing pollution. I request you to please regulate other aspects of Diwali and other Hindu festivals as well, so we can all live in a happy, secular, pollution free India.

How about telling us *how many diyas* can we light at Diwali? Also, please do specify the *length of the wick* and the precise *amount of oil* that we are allowed to use. Also, *which oil* should we use? Coconut or groundnut?

Also, I humbly request you to *regulate the timings* Hindus are allowed to light Diyas. I think five minutes at sunset is more than enough, after all, *Diya smoke* is also polluting, no?

Also, please let me know how many clothes I can buy and regulate the diameter of my mothers Bindi.

India has seen a huge increase in Type 2 Diabetes, so why are Mithai shops allowed to contribute to this by selling Mithai?

I as an dividual think further the same should be done with what you did with the crackers. Impose a blanket ban of fifteen days during Diwali on Mithai shops, so *your lordships can test if the incidence of type 2 Diabetes in India goes down or not.* as i am a diabetic myself I will be the most beneficial.

I totally appreciate campaigns like Smokeless Diwali, WaterlessHoli, Rakhiless Rakshabandhan. It is all for the good of the nation.

I suggest two further campaigns for you to deliberate upon.

*Cremationless Hinduism,* and finally, the greatest anti-pollution campaign of them all.

I write this from my 5 years of experience in courts for my sisters case without lawyer and was hit by the police,remanded for 15 days and had to sign in the police station for 64 days morning 10.30 and evening 5.30 and that too for asking justice as per court procedure.The judge filed a case against me and my sister using the court staff stating that I threatened her life with a iron rod infront of the court with the DSP,s office infront of the court(If I had the capacity to threaten a court staff why would in the first place I will go to court). The judges itself do not know law properly and only bargaining happens in court and the legal procedure is a disaster.They are corrupt to the core and well protected by the high courts.It is only after complaining to the high court that they arrested me.
Important Tip: Generally the police tell the innocent that a case against him is filed and he must escape and hide for some time till he gets bail from high court. Beware and dont escape if the police arrest you and puts you in jail its fine it will prove only your innocence and the police does not have any legal points against you. They will put you in jail for investigation purposes only. The maximum limit is 60 and 90 days after that the judge can't legally hold you in jail but if you escape you are a absconder and the police has a legal point against you and make you as a convict infront of the court and can get a Non bailable warrant against you and will be after your money. So beware my brothers and sisters.
The need of the hour is a GOOD VIGILANCE AND ANTI CORRUPTION DEPARTMENT. one honest judge can do the work of 1000 dishonest and corrupt judges. .

Supreme court is the Highest Judicial Authority of India. It's decision is final and precedent for all the Courts below to Supreme Court of India. It is very beautifully built. The nearest metro station is Pragati Maidan (now Supreme Court). The nearest railway station is Tilak Bridge.

Apex court of India.It is fourth pillar of our democracy . Justice may be delayed but not denied here. A large building with clean sorrounding and several government offices. High Court of Delhi and Patiala court are also nearby.

Supreme court of India, The biggest and Most powerful Court in India ,The decision taken by Supreme court cannot be changed by High Court or by Trial court ( Lower court ) This court have independent Judiciary. Here Honest person get decision in his favour but dishonest doesn't.Its work is also to describe Laws and Fundamental Rights.

Is this right time to take exams of final year students?... How will they come? No train, shortage of buses, lockdown. Sir this is not the right time to take exams... You should think about it..

If there was ever a more contoversial and parodixical organization in the world, Supreme court of India would top the list. Here you will see people who think rights are alienable and more of a privelage than a right. And they will always do it finesse. It will allow a stupid/dangerous plea to be heard just for their own amusement and then strike it down when they are bored of it. All round, I would say these are the only people who are not corrupt in India, but are definitely one of the most arrogant self centered narcisitic people who always assume moral high ground like they are GOD.

My hard earned 500 and 1000 rupees cannot be exchanged because i am an OCI....and i could not be in India. The RBI governor has his promise printed on every note that the currency will be honoured. Fake promises ...and this Supreme Court takes no action. No justice for the legitimate law abiding citizen.

It is the biggest Court of india.Here all cases handled.But in indian court there are many cases are pending.It is located nearby the pragati maidan metro station .Here we see the many cases held daily life.It is located in the good location.In this millions people are come In daily, Here we see the daily life rush of the many people.
