Beware my brothers and sisters rich or poor don't think justice can be bought or got. Once you step inside the court your inner peace and money will be lost. Put your egos aside and settle your problems within your family circle or village circle itself."-
I write this from my 5 years of experience in courts for my sisters case without lawyer and was hit by the police,remanded for 15 days and had to sign in the police station for 64 days morning 10.30 and evening 5.30 and that too for asking justice as per court procedure.The judge filed a case against me and my sister using the court staff stating that I threatened her life with a iron rod infront of the court with the DSP,s office infront of the court(If I had the capacity to threaten a court staff why would in the first place I will go to court). The judges itself do not know law properly and only bargaining happens in court and the legal procedure is a disaster.They are corrupt to the core and well protected by the high courts.It is only after complaining to the high court that they arrested me.
Important Tip: Generally the police tell the innocent that a case against him is filed and he must escape and hide for some time till he gets bail from high court. Beware and dont escape if the police arrest you and puts you in jail its fine it will prove only your innocence and the police does not have any legal points against you. They will put you in jail for investigation purposes only. The maximum limit is 60 and 90 days after that the judge can't legally hold you in jail but if you escape you are a absconder and the police has a legal point against you and make you as a convict infront of the court and can get a Non bailable warrant against you and will be after your money. So beware my brothers and sisters.
The need of the hour is a GOOD VIGILANCE AND ANTI CORRUPTION DEPARTMENT. one honest judge can do the work of 1000 dishonest and corrupt judges. .
