Great selection, prices, and service. I bought a couple Herman Miller chairs that were in great shape. The warranty is amazing and they were more than happy to help load the chair in our vehicle.

I was in a position where I need two Aeron chairs quick for a teacher friend and my daughter, both who were forced to school from home due to COVID 19. I thought I would have to drive from Ann Arbor, MI to Chair Tech outside of Chicago but Rollyn said he would be happy to ship them and amazingly they were at my door two days later! The chairs looked like they had just rolled off the Herman Miller line and now 2 backs are saved! Great service and great price. Highly recommend

I drove to Chairtech in Carpentersville where they have a very nice, large warehouse of organized top of the line office chairs.
I first purchased a refurbished Herman Miller Aeron Size B (picture attached), which was in great shape and felt extremely sturdy.
I tried it out for a week, and although I came to really appreciate the chair more than I expected, my particular larger body type did not feel right for long periods.
They kindly made another appointment for me to return the chair and consider some of their many other great options.
They could not have been more generous with their time and expertise in this process, and were extremely nice and understanding.
Really a professional atmosphere and I would highly recommend their products and services.

Got an outstanding deal on a new Herman Miller Aeron chair from ChairTech online 4 years ago. I lived nearby in the Chicago area which not only saved me the shipping cost, but I also noticed a beautiful Kimball office suite of furniture in their warehouse that the company owner, Rolly offered me a super price on! He even helped the crew deliver to my new home office then.

I'm now in Ohio and thought about leaving some feedback on such a memorable experience even after moving it all here. I highly recommend ChairTech and all their products and services.

I recently picked up a Steelcase Think office chair and I cannot recommend this place enough! I messaged Rollyn on FB to ask about the specs and he was very responsive. I originally made arrangements to go in and take a look at the chair on a Thursday evening, however, I had to reschedule and Rollyn was super accommodating. I ended up going the following Saturday and he was gracious enough to hold the chair for me even though he had multiple offers come in for the same chair after I first messaged him. The chair was in spectacular condition and I am so happy with it thus far!

A few weeks ago I reached out looking for a chair to get me through the working from home phase of COVID, nothing too fancy or expensive. The owner was great at letting me try sitting in a few, gave me a great deal on a refurbished chair, and even helped me fit my new chair into the tiny back seat of my car. He said that if any problems come up that he would be a quick phone call away from swapping the chairs but the chair has certainly blown away my exceptions. He's an all around good guy who spends quality time with all his customers, even the recent college grads just looking for a cheap chair... highly recommend for anyone with any budget.

Phenomenal savings on refurb..and good as new quality without a doubt. Delievered in less than 1 week. Some damage on delivery (not CharTech's fault), and within 2 hours a replacement chair was personally delivered to my house.

A+ in service. A+ in product quality. Highly recommended.

Bought a Aeron. Really nice shape and a really nice price. Owner is friendly and helpful. If you need a chair you need to visit Chairtech. I recommend calling ahead first.
