The whole buying process was super smooth and the chair was even better.
Basically a brand new herman miller aaeron for half the cost!
The owner was awesome in showing me all the features and making sure the chair was perfect for me. Defiantly would recommend them if you're in the market for a chair that would last you a lifetime.
