A few weeks ago I reached out looking for a chair to get me through the working from home phase of COVID, nothing too fancy or expensive. The owner was great at letting me try sitting in a few, gave me a great deal on a refurbished chair, and even helped me fit my new chair into the tiny back seat of my car. He said that if any problems come up that he would be a quick phone call away from swapping the chairs but the chair has certainly blown away my exceptions. He's an all around good guy who spends quality time with all his customers, even the recent college grads just looking for a cheap chair... highly recommend for anyone with any budget.
