Very friendly and helping people, clean rooms and comfortable location right at the ski lift. The views were very beautiful too! The spa was very relaxing and the breakfast was delicious. There is a room for improving the soups at the dinner (tried various soups and all had a "ready-made supermarket" bouillon taste). In general we had a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel!

It is a great hotel with super friendly and polite staff, with great rooms, a nice bar, a coffee area with a fireplace, a great pool/spa/hamam area and wonderful food (buffet breakfast with omelets on the spot and a gourmet 5-course dinner). There is a ski room and you can ski in and out of the hotel to the main ski lift in Wengen. There is a shuttle service to the train station and you can also get your ski lift pass at the hotel.
This place is amazing! The owner family and staff were very attentive and friendly. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. It is great as a family hotel. They have great swimming pools, sauna, indoors and outdoors playground. The food was delicious. Our family totally enjoyed it and we fully recommend this place.
Such a great hotel. Family run and they make you feel like family too. The views are amazing, the rooms are good sized, especially the mountain view family rooms. They set everything up for children as well and make them feel special. The service is amazing and everyone is super helpful. Make sure you choose to avail the half board and have dinner at the hotel as well. The team customize dinner for your dietary needs as well. I would definitely stay here again.
At least for the last years 10 years, we came here every february. We still feel very welcomed because of the hand written notes, the incredibly good service, the family call us by name and check all the time, if we are satisfied.
The food is delicious, the buffet (in normal times) huge and the massages amazing.
All the rooms just got renovated, which make you feel like home. You have everything you desire!
In short, we won t ever book another hotel for our ski holidays. We love it!

When someone takes pride in what they do, it shows. From the handwritten welcome note, to the best strawberry sorbet I have ever had, we were endlessly impressed by this hotel. We were warmly greeted at the front desk and given a tour of the facilities. Our room was absolutely spotless clean, not a stray hair to be found on the bedding or in the bathroom. The view from our mountain view room on the 4th floor was breathtaking. The room seemed to be designed to make the most of the space inside, as well as the outside. The bathrooms were a bit outdated, but the cleanliness very much made up for that. The breakfast had extensive variety. I wasn t expecting much from the dinners, because lets face it, you can t really have it all, can you? But it turns out, you CAN have it all, because the 5 course dinners were something you would expect from a stand alone 5 star restaurant. The waitstaff were also very personable and friendly. This hotel manages to be high class but still warm and comfortable, without any pretentiousness that you often get at other places of this level. We will definitely come back when in the area and recommend to our friends. This place exceeded all expectations and truly raises the bar.
