I've had pretty good experiences for years. Now there are unfortunately problems with the advent calendar. After two hours of processing, the product cannot be ordered! One should look through all 24 door pictures (partly with text field), there would be an empty field. After about 30 minutes of unsuccessful search for this unspecified field, a desperate call to customer service and a number of e-mails - only we still couldn't get help. The order processing runs smoothly. Customer request is not a foreign word for the company. I have only had good experiences and also goodwill experienced. I am aware that mistakes that I have caused can not be blamed on the company. In these cases it would be dishonest to demand goodwill. As a special class, I have recently experienced the telephone hotline. The contact person, the name Kevin Frankl does not need to be mentioned here, took care of my problem with a lot of empathy, a project that I stored incorrectly, to which I had no access. With the help of so-called remote maintenance, the employee, who had profound IT knowledge, brought order to the files clutter I caused. Cause: I had run several program versions on my PC and thus incorrectly stored. CEWE, gladly again!
