I get contacted by representatives of MGI about 1-3 times per quarter. I keep on asking for MGI to not contact me, yet they still do. I have no idea where they have my contact details from, yet they still contact me. Several requests to delete me from their database have been ignored and I will report MGI for violating the Data Protection Act. Another note: The positions they offer are not even relevant to me and their emails are poorly written templates.

Suddenly I got offered a job-offer by this company to work for a company in Greece. It was the start of a big adventure and the people from MGI were very friendly and professional. An experience I won't ever forget!

I won't comment on the quality of the jobs and salaries here, as MGI are only the recruiters and should only be judged as such. For what it's worth, my recruiter, Lorna, has been as forthcoming as can be expected. She's been keen to offer guidance and motivation through every step of the application.

They really are embarrassing.

They expect someone to move to Athens in Greece.

Pay your own flight - also not paid until after the 5th day.

Then it gets better - the salary is 800 a month , rent is 350,400 a month

Utilities Bill's and transport at least 200 per month

Food for the month 150

So basically come work for 50 euro a month.

Dumbest recruitment company I have ever heard from

I am not confused with to who offers them
You accept them knowing how little they pay.

Embarrassing and a scam I should of said.
Your recruitment agents even admitted it was shockingly bad at how much the salary is?

But you as the owner have no issue promtiong jobs with little to no salary?

Your client expects the employee to pay for flights accommodation and to be reimbursed ?

Your client expects to work free for 2 weeks.

Your client wants to pay 700 a month after tax.

Embarrassing and you should he ashamed

Company supported me every step of the way through the hiring process, set aside time to skype with me for interview preparation and have been genuinely friendly individuals. Lorna was my contact and deserves recognition for a sterling job well done.
For anyone looking to relocate and work, I would highly recommend.

Please do not read the positive reviews, they are purchased and made by employees. If you are a client, candidate or recruiter go to "Glassdoor" and check out all the true opinions about this HR Consultancy s hell. Use others! There are many and better around Dublin.

MGI recruitment found me a regular paying job after I had been unemployed for 10 years and turned down several times for being too old and overqualified. I can only be grateful. There was only a delay when one of my email ended up into their spam folder, which resulted in me having only three days' notice before having to move to another country. That's why they don't get five stars.

I've received a phone call from MGI regarding a job I've applied for, the service "Sandra" has provided was outstanding and more than what anybody can expect!! baring in mind I've been recruited in the pass through similar agencies ,professionalism is not enough word, been followed everyday throughout my interviews! They just won't leave me alone. I keep getting these "we need Dutch people!" emails in my inbox non-stop, I never signed up with them and I blocked them from my inbox multiple times, yet they keep coming. Stop contacting me!!!
Also, I'm 100% sure all the 5/5 star ratings are made by friends and/or colleagues from the company MGI themselves, what a scam!!!

Recently found employment through MGI and liaised mainly with Iraia. They (especially Iraia) were a very friendly bunch of people and really helped throughout the entire process. I even received a call from the managing director, who was also very nice and friendly.

Iraia explained every step of the way, sent me lots of tips and advice and even had a prep interview with me, which enabled me to go through the entire recruitment process with ease, and most importantly, confidence!

Overall, I found that going through MGI improved my odds of getting the job I wanted. And In a way I felt like I d made a freind in the process. I d recommend MGI to anyone! 5 star for MGI and 6 for Iraia! :)

Then about 3 weeks ago re contacted me with a similar opportunity that had perfect timing, They have supported me throughout and I now have a job I am happy with. AVOID! Do not sign up!! The number of "job offers" I receive after having asked them to stop has crossed into harassment territory. Any reply I have sent, either positive or negative, has been ignored or left unanswered. They have literally sent me another email not even 5 minutes ago on a Saturday, which makes me believe it's all automated. AVOID!

Worst Recruitment Agency i ever had to deal with, you just never get rid of them and they just send bad open positions which have absolutely nothing to do with me. Even when writing them directly they simply refuse to stop writing you.

I applied for a job through mgi recruitment to relocate, the whole process went very smoothly. I dealt with Lorna & she helped me with anything I could possibly need, she was always on the other end if I needed help with anything and replied within minutes which I felt was very reassuring.
