I've had pretty good experiences for years. Now there are unfortunately problems with the advent calendar. After two hours of processing, the product cannot be ordered! One should look through all 24 door pictures (partly with text field), there would be an empty field. After about 30 minutes of unsuccessful search for this unspecified field, a desperate call to customer service and a number of e-mails - only we still couldn't get help. There has been silence for 5 days and the first of December is approaching. Bad software, bad customer service! A pity...
