The order processing runs smoothly. Customer request is not a foreign word for the company. I have only had good experiences and also goodwill experienced. I am aware that mistakes that I have caused can not be blamed on the company. In these cases it would be dishonest to demand goodwill. As a special class, I have recently experienced the telephone hotline. The contact person, the name Kevin Frankl does not need to be mentioned here, took care of my problem with a lot of empathy, a project that I stored incorrectly, to which I had no access. With the help of so-called remote maintenance, the employee, who had profound IT knowledge, brought order to the files clutter I caused. Cause: I had run several program versions on my PC and thus incorrectly stored. CEWE, gladly again!
