I am a PCA as well as the daughter of a consumer. Tempus is terrible. The on hold messages are far too long. They should really break it up to "press one if you'd like to hear our fax number, press two if you would like to know our hours" That would cut down the on hold time. It takes up to 10 minutes to get through their message. I'm sorry but I have better things to do. Also what about those with prepaid cards losing 20 minutes of their time waiting to get through all the info on their welcome message.

Next. They leave messages on your answering machine but someone who clearly has English as a second language, and is very bad at that. You can't understand a word.

Last the consumer is an 80 year old woman who can hardly write and has dementia yet they insist on any request be done in writing by the consumer. They could use other security measures.

I would never recommend them
