Horrible customer service on hold for 30 mins and ...

Horrible customer service on hold for 30 mins and nothing was fixed and no questions were answered they try and talk around the question to confuse me and say they answered the question when they clearly didnt. unprofessional unorganized dont communicate well they need to retrain employees and teach manners on how to treat others over the phone especially future clients and or employees I felt I knew more about their company and jobs then they did
