Azure Urban Resort Residences is not a place you would want to stay. This property failed in my survey of the most part, especially the staff and customer service.
1) Rude Staff of Accounting Department. Every tower is designated with one teller to process payments of the unit owners, tenants and residents. No one in this section knows customer service. Every staff behind those window glass is rude. No one is smiling. Disrespectful. Not appreciative. They are not there behind that glass window, they do not have a job, and no paycheck if not because of the unit owners, tenants and residents. They should be thankful that they have a job and they should treat their customers well. No greetings, no thank you, no nothing.
2) Noise. Overcrowded. Too many staycationers.
3) Lots of staff, overmanpower but nobody does their job well.
4) Staff loves chitchating and their favorite thing to do is to make you wait. Especially the accounting department and PMO.
5) Rude engineers. Rude maintenance.
6) Every little service you ask from engineering like busted light bulb to change or clog sink is sparkling diamond to them. They overcharge you. They will quote you Php 500 for a little help they would give. Then if you react into that, they will ask for Php 250 instead. This is robbing.
I have heard a lot of bad reviews about this place, they were on TV before since residents were complaining because of overcrowded amenities from staycationers.
This place needs a lot of things to improve. They should have start it with proper training of their employees; front desk, reception, accounting, pmo, concierge, engineering, maintenance. Or change the manpower.
