Great place for large gatherings, many uses for community
Gotta be one of the most uncomfortable arenas I've been in. Don't plan on using the restroom once your event has started...You can't get out.
Great venue for events. seating is good. views are great.
Woke up very upset to an expected charge from Centurylink and within the day Shannon in accounting and Sam ( receptionist?) were able to take care of the mess while being patient and kind throughout the entire process. I was so impressed with their willingness to help get the situation resolved.Definitely received 5 star customer service by these 2 today. Thank you!
My family and I had an amazing time. The service was very professional and the cleanliness was refreshing
One of the staff I think Maggie was great it was our first time going.she did awesome thanks
Good place for entertainment - Steelheads hockey, women's conferences, concerts, basketball ... check out their website for events!
Great location, easy access and good seats. The only downside is parking.
Great, clean arena with nice staff and atmosphere! The Steelheads game was fun and would want to go again!
Very typical of the place. If you want to see and experience an authentically American place, it's worth going there.
Great place to spend time with family and friends. Staff are helpful and friendly. Stadium interior is easy to access and traffic flow is generally good for the amount of people that it will hold. Steelheads game night offers food, sodas, adult beverages and souvenirs inside. And many more opportunities for the same close by. My favorite is always a visit to Ha' Penny before the game. Parking is fairly convenient.
Enjoy!
We saw the El Korah Shrine circus and it was great! The century link staff was very friendly.
Century Link is one of the more frustrating companies I have ever had to deal with. I will never do business with them again.
I have spent hours on the phone resolving billing and performance issues. They are HORRIBLE!
Awesome time! Got to see an Idaho Steelheads game, super fun! Great way to spend some time with family!
1st time at the Arena Paid too much for the seats wife and I were in. They were the highest, uppermost seats. Most dangerous seats in the nosebleed section. Website showed a space between seat 10 and 11 on Section 21 Row G it's very steep and there is no guard rail to hold onto. I was basically sitting on the guys lap next to me, they are angled toward each other. I am disabled and my wife is afraid of heights. Luckily there was nobody in the booth behind us so we and couple the lady that had the bad back next to me sat there. I would give another half star for the security's courtesy and not kicking us out. The Sound quality was great, not too loud, and very clear; the show was listed to go a half an hour longer, than when it ended. Good time though! Keep on bringing quality people in!
it's a great atmosphere for the family not crazy big but it works just fine been too a few hockey games now an it was awesome the foods a great price an so it the beer
Best entertainment in town, very clean nice staff, great food. Thanks for a great night.
For as many people as they have going in, and having to check your bags, they do a great job. We never have had to stand in line long to get in. Everyone's so nice and helpful.
tell Chad that was the first time I've ever been there and I went and saw a Christian rock band and the problem was that it was so incredibly loud and never thought in a million years my ears could actually hurt from music and I'm not that old but my ears were absolutely shattered not only myself but all the family that were there with young children wear in severe pain since really needs to think about this in the future because it's not healthy nor wise
Hockey is the only sport that I really get into, and the Idaho Steelheads is always a great time. The basic tickets are reasonable, but if you can score yourself a gold pass ticket that is the way to go.
My wife and I had the chance to get a pair of these tickets and we had a blast. Center ice tickets, with complementary buffet, beer, or soda. A free bag of popcorn another free drink, and entry for season tickets. Awesome!
Gold tickets aside I love going here for hockey as well as concerts. With the way the seating is set up there is never a bad place to sit for any type of event.
Being in the center of downtown Boise also makes it a great location to do things before and after whatever you are there to do.
The seats here are the worst venue seats I've ever sat in, in my life. They are beyond bad. I saw Joe Rogan here and the show was great.
The place is amazing. literally the only issue I had is the seats. For the love of God cushion the seats. It's absolutely uncomfortable after 15 minutes. Like my butt cheeks are gonna bleed. I know you guys have the money. Just freaking do it already ! But awesome place! Seriously! bathrooms all around. Beer everywhere, awesome.
First visit. Great place for a venue. Park in parking garage though for a better visit and walk to arena
Great venue for sports and concerts. The hockey was amazing tonight, Steelheads pulled off the overtime win against Utah and I got to witness my first live playoff hockey game!
Love the arena. We mostly come here for the Steelheads and while some of the seats are extremely small and cramped there is always such a great fan atmosphere. $9 for a Coors Light is a little hard to swallow too but as hometown arenas go, we always love our trips to CenturyLink Arena.
How about some A/C Century Link! 99deg outside and prob 98 inside with a sold out crowd.
So wonderful had an office party, the wait staff was amazing, the Finchel suite beautiful! Great game, win in overtime, wonderful night thank you!!
Great place, & Buffalo wild wings has great food & take out service!
Exits were easy to get to for where we found parking. The staff extremely service oriented finding adaptive seating options.
Great place to catch some hockey.
Staff is helpful and friendly.
I would be surprised if the UFC comes back here. What a nightmare. Who wants to fight in a facility that s 98 degrees. Not to mention the 4 men s restrooms for 5700 people at 90% men. I guess it didn t matter that they stopped selling alcohol at 9pm. Would never go to another event besides hockey here.
It is so cool because you get yo watch hockey, basketball it is in Boise Idaho.
Not a bad venue... Not the best seating arrangements but not the worst
Prices way too high, as usual for a sporting event. Arena is small, but large enough. It is very warm inside, I had no issues there and I usually am always cold. The seating areas with service are nice but don't expect it to be convienent. The servers can't even get to you if your sitting in the middle of the row. We waited quite a while too. You'll need a credit card, and you pay and sign at the end, just like a restaurant. We sat upper level and felt the view was far better than the lower level. The environment was energetic and fun. Definitely a place for kids and families.
Excellent venue for hockey. Only been here for that. Go Steelheads!
TERRIBLE COMPANY. TERRIBLE! The WORST customer experience I have ever experienced. The communication between the customer and a service representative is appalling and requires hours of time due to disconnections, hangups, and people who cannot speak English. I was treated so unfairly over a period of months from over charges to undesired changes to my service. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau in addition to this review. TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!
Great downtown venue for sports, concerts, and rallies.
Great arena, but had to leave the building to get a cup of coffee. It wasn't offered at the concession stand that was closed in the morning hockey game. Watched NAU beat BSU 5-3. It was a great game.
Fun and convenient, located in the middle of Boise Idaho. It sits just below ground connected to the Grove Hotel.
Great place, not only to watch the Steelhead's play, but also a great place to play league hockey...
The events are always fun. Just wish there was more parking
A great place to watch hockey basketball or any other event like concerts that may be playing there. Sort of a smaller arena so it has a very intimate feel
BSU hockey is a lot of fun and not super crowded like other events.
Great venue, saw UFC fights there, hotter than hell in there tho, crank the AC!
The Steelhead tore up the SLC Grizzlys. 7- 3 in last game of year. The crowd was electric. We all cheered for the home team. Best part was the Flying punch from opposing team countered win one punch knockdown. You know the old joke Went to Hockey game to see the boxing match.
Seats are cramped and rather uncomfortable, ads play so loud the noise is distorted, and the only cup holders are foot level in front of you
I always go once a year. It's great for the family and something fun to do.
We watched a steelhead hockey game. The seats are too close together, making it difficult to leave the isle. Worried about falling. Water, soda and beer was cold. Staff were friendly, good experience!
This was a great venue and event. Plenty of food choices and just a great time.
Very nice staff crowd wasn't to shabby. Food was pricy of course. Overall will be back.
Sold out venue and I think it s hotter in here than the 99 degrees outside!
Seats sold for an entire section were totally obstructed view and should never have been sold. Made for a very disappointing evening for a show I've been waiting months to see.
CenturyLink please turn on your A/C! UFC fights were good but it was hot very hot! For those people who thought they were UFC fighters thank you for keeping it classy and representing Boise Idaho! CenturyLink its time to update your security and your arena flow.
Went to a Boise Steel-Head hockey game. We enjoyed the environment and game. We will go again.
Great event. Awesome people. Grove hotel rocked too.
Well labeled sections, easy enough to get in / out of, our seats had great view of the ice
